Terrible experience!!!She cancelled my appointment (3 hours before) twice and is refusing to give…read moreme a full refund. My original photoshoot was scheduled in November, but she cancelled the day of due to her child being sick so we rescheduled. I had to reschedule the next appointment due to my child being sick. Today, she cancelled for inclement weather, but the photoshoot was supposed to be indoors and it isn't snowing yet. I went ahead and requested a full refund as this is the 2nd time she cancelled on me. She is refusing to refund my appointment due the weather even though the INDOOR shoot was scheduled for 1030 a.m. The snow isn't starting until 12:00 p.m. and I only booked a 30 minutes session. I was understanding during the first last minute cancellation and really appreciated her rescheduling the second appointment because I needed to cancel. However, canceling today's appointment at the last minute was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. The reason she gave was due to weather but it isn't snowing and I don't believe she ever had any intention on actually completing the shoot today.
