They were so helpful on the phone. I've got an expired IVP Fingerprint card from being a teacher & it JUST expired. I need a non-IVP card for my Massage Therapy license & the lady on the phone advised me to renew my IVP card. This was most efficient b/c I learned DPS keeps those on file. Then once I'm awarded that clearance (which is the highest so aim for keeping your HIGHEST clearance), I can ask them to add in the non-IVP clearance for my MT license. If I'd opted for the non-IVP, I would have had to get fingerprinted & it would cost about $30 more. I called at 4:30 & popped over here by 5:30, filled out the form, paid $79 & good to go. Convenient & excellent customer service. Cross my fingers - they said DPS will process w/i two weeks. Yes please! read more

I just went to AZ Livescan this morning. Honestly my boards aren't the most clear in exactly what they need to process licenses. I walked in and Lisa helped me right away. She was slammed. The lobby was pretty full, though she balanced it very well. She knew right off the bay I was missing a Form and helped me get that squared away. She is very quick and efficient. I was in shock how well everything was organized and run. I definitely came to the right place and couldn't recommend this place enough! Thanks again for all the help! read more

I needed fingerprints to send to a government agency. The were quick and really took the time to make sure they were perfect prints. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was an issue, they printed my prints on the wrong version of the form I needed. I did not realize it but they did somehow after the fact. The ladies at this location are a God-send I'm a nurse with hyperhidrosis and getting fingerprints is nothing short of an anxiety inducing nightmare. The lady that took my ink fingerprints (I honestly don't remember her name I'm sorry!!) was SO kind and patient and reassuring, and we finally (after many many attempts) got a couple usable sets. I had this idea that my experience would be like going to the DMV (waiting & grumpy employees). but, IT WAS NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL!!! First of all, really easy to find (near Metro Center area). Great experience! I had to get my fingerprints done to volunteer with high school students, and am so glad I came here! I went after work, at about 4:30 on a Wednesday, and was in and out within 15 minutes! Rhonda was so pleasant, warm, and friendly, and she did everything she could to ensure the best quality of fingerprints. I could tell this because she had me redo a couple of the prints that she thought didn't look quite right. The technology they use enables them to guarantee your prints won't be rejected/unreadable, so you do not have to worry about returning to get them redone. I had to get my daughters fingerprints done for our foster license. She has multiple disabilities and I was worried they wouldn't be able to get her prints done if my daughter would be cooperative. The office had several people waiting but the lady who was doing the scans that day was very Professional, she was calm, multi tasking and very nice. When it was time to do my daughters prints, I was so impressed with her patience and calmness. She was able to get all the prints! She also was able to process the needed paperwork for DPS so I didn't have to get a money order and then go to DPS to fill out their paperwork. It was a one-stop-shop. Very thankful for everything! This place is amazing. You gotta love technology! Fingerprints done in minutes, no ink and no mess. You walk in, they take your fingerprints digitally and print them out on the fingerprint card. Easy and fast - I'll never go anywhere else. It's a little more expensive but SO incredibly worth it. They also know the requirements for all the various licensing, permits, checks, etc. All the Arizona agencies accept these (most agencies in the country do I believe). For me, finger printing is not a good thing. I needed mine done because a government agency didn't think I was me and I needed to prove I was. I have been to Arizona Livescan twice because of this. Both times I did not want to go through this process, yet, both times I had a very enjoyable experience. The staff at Arizona Livescan have kept things very light and humorous on both my visits. We have been to this place a few times in the last year for a number of reasons. I must say they are on top of it. No messy ink, or dirty fingers. They are high tech, scan your fingers on a cool finger scanner and walla you are done and on the way out the door in 10 minutes or less. Some people think only crooks get there finger prints done.
