The lady that I got was absolutely HORRIBLE. From the jump she had an awful attitude and did not let me speak. She interrupted multiple times while I was trying to explain my situation. Her name is MARINA. She clearly did not want to help me with a bonded title, tried to pass it off to someone else. And, unlike a sight built home, a Mfg Home is sold like a car. However, as someone who has dealt with both the MVD, and numerous 3rd Party Offices, these 3rd Parties are much faster than the MVD. And, in some cases, much closer. So, usually well worth the extra dollars for the speed, and convenience. The place is on the small side. But, is very clean. They only have 2 Windows. But, when I was there (both times), only 1 Window was open. Luckily, they weren't crowded. So, the wait time was like 10 minutes. A must use facility for most MVD transactions for people in a hurry.

The kid working there said my birth certificate was no good and was giggling and the manager Gabriel said the same thing. I think the office is very unprofessional. They acted like they didn't want to help me. I don't speak spanish so not sure if that was the reason. My vehicle has been parked since 2014, I was going to register it again. The girl that waited on me…read morewas extremely rude. She was talking to the other employee and she said that my plate was suspended. I asked her when that happened and she looked at me and said "I'm talking to someone else " every time I asked something she was rude and didn't answer. At one point she said "I'm talking ". I walked over and paid never said another word. She gave me my registration and I left. I have an RV, a motor cycle and 6 cars. This is always the place I go but never again. I will not spend another dollar in here. There was a gentleman in there and she wasn't very nice to him either. Maybe it's time for a career change!
