I had such a good experience at this UPS Store thanks to the manager, Alissia. She was so patient the whole time, even with all the chaos going on around her. Nothing seemed to bother her -- she just kept helping people, answering questions, and even picking up phone calls like it was no big deal. I have never been to this store. My wife put in a return to Amazon at this store. I just have to say, the young lady, Amy, working today was on it. Everyone that walked in was welcomed, she was very thorough and very polite with an older gentleman who was asking alot of questions and not in any rush. She never made a look or acted annoyed at all. She was extremely helpful through it all and assisted others when possible to keep people from having to wait too long. I was mailing some of my recently deceased father's belongings to a family member and Alissia was professional, sympathetic, and efficient. I can appreciate the convenience of having this store near me in place of an actual USPS location but if their knowledge of how USPS works or their pricing, then why bother working outside of UPS? I went there yesterday for pricing for a medium 4lbs package to Guam and was quoted $357 for door delivery from UPS and $58 for USPS for delivery to customs at Guam where they said it may or may not be delivered and then there would be an unknown charge of "any amount". In other words, good luck if it gets delivered. So I chose not to proceed with that kind of pricing for items within the box that cost less than $75. Next I headed to FedEx where they wanted $286. Jeez!!!!!! Today I went to an actual USPS location and the Priority Delivery cost for door delivery was just $17. Yep $17 read more

Updated: New Management is absolutely horrendous. My box renews this month. I will be going elsewhere. Kylie is not customer service driven and couldn't care less. Can't get mail after hours anymore. They will not tell you what you have for mail. And you can't send someone else to pickup your mail. I have had my mailbox here for a few years now. Absolutely love this store!! This is a really weird UPS store. I think it's franchised out and the owner lady is like disgruntled about it because she always tries to refuse packages for little reasons like the tape isn't completely covering the label or dumb stuff like that. I had to ship out an IKEA bookcase for a friend to Texas and of course as soon as we pulled up our toddler fell asleep after fighting nap time for 45 minutes. Note: toddlers have a spidey sense that when mom leaves the car or room, they will instantly wake up and wail and call for reinforcements. It's terrifying. #ifyouknowyouknow I called and asked if anyone could help me and the owner, Sharon (I think!?) was an absolute SAVIOR. She totally understood and made it a point to just run the transactions for me without having to risk waking up the demon spawn. read more

Since this UPS store is near me--and I am constantly sending things back to Amazon--I am in there every once in awhile. The service has always been great and the staff are always nice, BUT today I had an exceptional person help me. I came in with 2 packages that had to go USPS and not UPS which Roxanne, the staff member, picked up on immediately (and I had not). She sold me two $.99 bags one for each and just took over without me saying a word. She bagged each item, fixed the papers to send back under the big label which she also cut with scissors, and threw them in the USPS container for pick-up. Never have I had anyone so efficient, so pleasant do this much for me anywhere, and I am so impressed with her. Wow--now THAT's customer service!!! read more

Terrible service. They were unbelievably busy and the owner, Sharon, was not helpful at all. Went for a return as instructed they would not take the label that printed. The associate, Brayden told me to cancel my return and try again so I did this in front of them. I got the label that they needed and then they tried to charge me for it. Ridiculous, no sense of customer service at all. Worst owner of a business I have ever seen, not willing to solve issues at all. Associates aren't that great either. Try another location, the extra time will be worth it. read more

Are all Peoria people rude and unprofessional like the staff here? Was visiting and used this location for an Amazon return but 4 weeks later the $200 package is lost. When I reached out to this location trying to get answers I was told this... "We tell everyone the same thing - call Amazon" but wait, I have a receipt from you... when I called back to get her name a guy answered so I briefly explained what happened and asked for her name but was denied that info and rudely given the same Amazon speach. Im really happy they have 4+ stars and give the rest of their customers good service but I expected more from an upscale neighborhood- maybe y'all should come visit our UPS store so you can see what REAL service is. I was very impressed! I had a package that was delivered to me when I wasn't home, which needed a signature in order for delivery. I was very surprised to find out that they brought my package to the closest UPS store to my house. I called the morning after and spoke with a really pleasant lady on the phone. I asked her to verify that my package was there before I drove down there. She was very kind, and checked for my package. With history of having problems with UPS in the past I was very surprised to find out that my package was there and ready. When I came in I presented my ID to the same lady that I spoke to you on the phone and she remembered me. With a simple signature and a check of my ID I got my package and I was on my way.
