I called this company to see about just having an air hockey table moved from my upstairs to downstairs to a waiting truck. The questions this guy asked made him seem almost deficient. I had to repeat myself several times, he asked me questions as though my explanation of what I needed was in another language when it was so very simple. Move an air hockey table from upstairs to downstairs. Period. I explained several times that the table was easy to get in and out, it was just heavy. That apparently did not mean what I said. I couldn't believe how dumb this guy sounded. No offense, truly, it was just the most bizarre conversation for something so incredibly straight forward. My phone went dead because of my battery and when I called back a few minutes later he didn't even bother to answer the phone. I wouldn't use this guy if he did it for free. Person, they offered to come out and provide a free quote or The route I went...Provided them pictures of the area that needs attention and they provided a quote.*I did my homework and after calling around they were the best priced and the only ones who didn't tack on a charge for same day service* After receiving the quote and agreeing on price they arrived with-in one hour. Now I'm surly thinking they going to be here awhile, but surprisingly they were here for about an hour and half and were able to remove all the needed items and swept the area after. I had to get rid of an old mattress before I moved out of my apartment. When I called, he promised he could be here within the hour to pick it up, for a flat $100. He had me text the address, and he was there about 30 minutes later. He texted to let me know when he was on his way, and when he arrived so I wasn't sitting around waiting. Do not do business with this company unless you want to be talked down to or sworn at. I originally called to get a quote for some dirt piles and a grass pile to be removed from our front yard. After sending pictures via cell phone I never heard back from him so I decided to text him to make sure he received my photos and if so how much he would charge to remove the piles. He apologized for not getting back to me in a text but then never quoted me anything and that was the last I heard from him that day. The next morning I decided to text him again and ask him if he could handle the job or not and he wrote back to tell me to call him to talk about price which I immediately did. This is when things really took a turn for the bad. He was extremely rude when answering my questions about how he was coming up with a price tag of $600 + dollars. All I wanted to know was how he was pricing the job - was it by weight? was it by time? was it per person? I just wanted to know what I was comparing. He was so agitated with my questions that he proceeded to say to me, "look, I don't know if you just don't have the money or what". EXCUSE you! All I'm trying to do is figure out how your charging to haul 5 piles away. To me $600 + seemed very excessive. If it's your business then you should be able to defend your price instead of being so rude when simply asked a question. After more snide remarks I told him that I wasn't interested in his service and he told me, "Good luck removing the piles you cheap ass" and then hung up on me. I am very thankful that I didn't fall for his get-rich-quick pricing and unprofessional manners because our friend later loaned us his father's trailer and helped remove the piles with my husband and it seriously took them 45 minutes to put everything in the trailer. They drove to the dump site, unloaded it with a push of a button and all-in-all it was around an hour and a half from start to finish.
