I'll be honest....I haven't actually met him. I just send pictures of what I need removed, he sends me a quote, I leave cash and create a door code for my smartlock, and when I get home the junk is gone and everything else is still there. No damage, no footprints, no slide marks, you wouldn't know he was even there. He also responds to texts quickly and shows up when he says he will. I texted photos of the junk that we needed removed (a really old shed, the contents of the shed, and all the junk around it), and they got back to me within a half hour with a quote.
