We love our house, and the thought if moving wasn't a pleasant thought. We had Renewal by Anderson to our house 6 years ago. They quoted us $42,000 to replace 14 windows. We couldn't afford it and gave up that idea. Then I was reading up on windows again and read about Anlin windows. After reading reviews on window installer I called the Window and Door Store. They came out showing me a sample of an Anlin window. I was very impressed not only with the product but also the installer. The warranty with Anlin is far better than Anderson. The quote came in at less than half of what Anderson quoted. Sold! The windows were installed by a great & efficent team of Jacob, Isaac, Chris, Angel and another whose name I cannot recall. I am sorry about that. I am so happy with windows and I hardly hear anything outside now. Thank you Window & Door store!!

Doug came and gave me a quote without any pressure of adding on more windows, like he said once I get a few I will want more and I did!!! I informed them that i already attempted a diy fill/fix, and the tech said it would be no problem. They attempted to fill it twice and failed. The original small chip is now bigger and discolored due to their attempts to fix. I brought it in with the windshield smooth and chip filled, i left with a bigger chip and a hole/divit in the windshield. I got not a single warning that they would have issues filling it, if i did i wouldnt have proceeded. I did not have to pay, but now my windshield is worse off. After multiple calls back and forth and waiting weeks i finally spoke to the owner who was the only one authorized to help.. He told me there was nothing they could do but give a discount on a full replacement, which i dont want and wouldnt trust them doing. Additionally the business, specificallt the front desk and manager ladies, lacked basic customer service skills and weren't very professional.. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
