The car wash across the street dropped a roller on my windshield. Luckily Good Vista was across the street. They ordered a new windshield for my minivan and were fine either way it by 10am the next morning! BE CAREFUL! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! After seeing a local ad, I brought my truck in with a chip small chip in the window. I informed them that i already attempted a diy fill/fix, and the tech said it would be no problem. They attempted to fill it twice and failed. The original small chip is now bigger and discolored due to their attempts to fix. I brought it in with the windshield smooth and chip filled, i left with a bigger chip and a hole/divit in the windshield. I got not a single warning that they would have issues filling it, if i did i wouldnt have proceeded. I did not have to pay, but now my windshield is worse off. After multiple calls back and forth and waiting weeks i finally spoke to the owner who was the only one authorized to help.. He told me there was nothing they could do but give a discount on a full replacement, which i dont want and wouldnt trust them doing. Additionally the business, specificallt the front desk and manager ladies, lacked basic customer service skills and weren't very professional.. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. read more

Years ago, the manager promised me after four attempts he would pay for the competitor to replace my windshield on my Mercedes sprinter van and when he couldn't get it right he told me forget it. he did not honor his word. I wish I had taken it right then to the competitor myself because the leak around my windshield caused rust and air would come through where it wasn't sealed properly. It cost me $600 to get the rust ground off and the windshield replaced correctly!! Beware they are not professional!!! read more

On Feb 28th, 2017 I had a windshield replaced on my 1999 Ford F150. The gentleman spoke broken English, but the receptionist promised good work. I held up that I could get a good repair from them for $199.00. Well, for the cost of $199.00. [Which this quote is not far off from a typical charge, give or take $50 dollars.] Your work didn't hold up. I'm unsure what happened, but your worker attempted to tell me something about the side panels not being sealed AFTER completing the work. Those seals shouldn't affect the sides of the windshield's ability to seal, but I'll have to work it out anyways and fix this. Now, for the cost of $225.00 I may be replacing the windshield by a technician who understands how to properly seal a windshield, but I don't really appreciate this sort of work. Granted, this is Arizona and it doesn't rain often... I'm going to give you guys the benefit of the doubt that your technician may have been unaware of how to reseal a Ford glass. I'm going to rescind on my previous criticism, bump this to a three stars for the time of the service is many years past, but I'm not happy about it. My suggestions for current service: Make sure someone can translate properly if the tech speaks broken English. If there's any issues during repairs, call the customer immediately and let them know. I can't say much else. The glass was replaced as requested. I'm just disappointed with the seal. read more

My insurance company referred me to Good Vista on July 2 for a new windshield on my 2021 Toyota. GV informed me that the windshield was on backorder. I have been checking for over a month. Still nothing. I called the Toyota dealer directly and asked how much longer they expect it to be. It turns out they NEVER ORDERED it! They only got a quote. After me calling Good Vista to check on it a couple of times during the month and being told they check on it regularly! When I asked them why it hadn't been ordered they said it was because they didn't want to pay for it if I changed my mind or went elsewhere...even after I said my insurance company ordered it and I have a zero deductible, they refused to order it in case they're out money. Unbelievable! They never once mentioned any of this in my previous phone calls with them. BEWARE!!!! read more

A rock from a gravel parking lot hit the back window of our Genesis and shattered it to tiny bits. Good Vista came to the house and was very courteous and professional. AVOID! Tried Bait and Switch. I came in for a price to fix my broken car window. They quoted me $167. Sounds good, but they couldn't do it right away, since they had to order the glass. That was ok. Two days later, I called to get the process going and they are now saying that NO WAY can they do it for $167, it's now $250. 50% more?!? Nice try. As I begin to call them crooks, they interrupt saying, "Wait wait, let me see what i can do". Then they ask if I'm ok with a used window, and they'll knock 10% off of the $250. LOL. Like I would now let these crooks near my car. Are they for real? It went from $167 for new to $225 for used. When I told this to the previous owners of the glass business, who sold the glass business to Good Vista, they couldn't believe it. I ended up going with Safelite, and they got the job done for $150 read more

I went to good vista to get my windsheild replaced. They ordered the right glass but that's the only thing they did right. My front dash had glue all over it, they left pieces of the old windsheild in my car, and completely ruined the fabric around my front windsheild. Not to mention i waited three hours for a cheap job even though i paid over two hundred dollars. I will not be going back. You decide what you do but i wouldn't recommend going here. read more
