ExI am home bound and not able to go into store to try out a new Jazzy Elite scooter as I have an older model that is wearing out. A sales representative came to my home to assess what would best meet my needs . He said they would need to order a new Jazzy. Before it arrived, Laura called for payment. After I tried the new one out it did not fit my body. Footrest too low and arm rest not long enough. I looked at receipt and saw no refunds or exchanges which I wasn't told before ordered. Called the store to try to refund but they wouldn't accommodate. Poor communication Now I am stuck with a new $3000 chair I can't use. read more

I was vague because I wasn't sure what I wanted or needed as I didn't know anything about scooters. She asked me some questions and since I was alone with occasional help from my daughter, it was determined I would need a lightweight, foldable scooter which I could handle alone. She proceeded to explain and show me various models. She was knowledgeable and patient and didn't rush me or pressure me. Good size showroom with plenty of inventory both new and pre-owned. They have small size scooters that come apart to transport, up to the big scooters with big tires to ride outdoors. The gentleman working was able to find us the perfect scooter for my dad's needs. They offered to deliver the scooter for free and also gave him a veterans discount. My parents and I went into AZ Mobility Scooters today and were greeted by Chris in the parking lot. We advised him we were looking for a scooter for my dad to use and he was able to answer all of our questions and helped us find a scooter and an electric lift to transport it on the back of my parents truck. He referred us to a local shop to get the wiring for our vehicle. He gave my Dad a veterans discount and helped put the lift on their truck. If you're in need of a mobility scooter check them out. My father is 88yo and on Friday 11/19 as his scooter was running low on battery he pulled into this establishment to ask if he can plug in for a quick charge so he could make it home. The guy working yelled at my father "we're not a charging station, get out of here". Luckily there are many other businesses in Sun City that are friendly to those in need with electric scooters. read more

These men are rude and have no idea what customer service is. They lie about everything. Pricing is the biggest of their lies. If you want a scooter that works you should shop elsewhere. I have 2 from them and both were not working properly. They blamed it on me when it was brand new. Then the charges on a NEW scooter were applied for repair. Yesterday Michael the repair guy tried to charge me double and then got upset that I questioned it and refused service to me. The business said it was ME who refused to let him work on it! read more

We visited this newly relocated to a Sun City address (from Surprise) business, looking for someone to repair my 12 year old Amigo. The owner was friendly, but told us his repairman was on vacation until April 4th. We called the store on April 4th, and left a message that we would like a repair appointment. We called again on April 6th, leaving another message with essentially the same contact. We never got a call back. So, Mr. Highsmith, here's our two cents of advice: Be honest with us. Tell us you: 1) don't have a repair person, or 2) your repair person hasn't yet returned, or 3) your repair person is too busy to schedule any more work, or 4) your repair person is on staff solely to refurbish trade-ins from people who have bought new scooters/chairs. Honesty is SO much better than just ignoring our calls. read more

I had great service when I went to this store. The sales lady was so nice and helpful. We didn't know what we needed and she helped us understand the types of scooters that would help us at home and going shopping and going to Las Vegas a couple times a year. We decided the ones that collapse down to go on airplanes and in our van were great. We drove to Las Vegas over the summer and it was so nice to get around the casinos with them because they maneuver so easily. We love the freedom they gave us to go where we want. We went here because they provide local service and they have been great for our neighbors who bought their scooters from there. They were given a loaner when they needed one for a trip until a part came in. I don't know if they always do that but that seemed very caring to me. We recommend them to anyone who wants a scooter and great local service. I saw the review about their service man on vacation and asked about it. He goes away once a year and I was told the owner goes out to help when needed. read more

This was a horrible experience for me. Jennifer sold me a Pre-Mobility Scooter a year ago. She told me it was slightly used but had new batteries. That was important to me because I traded in my old one that had dead batteries. Expensive part of a SCOOTER. Last week the batteries were not charging. Called their repair guy and he came and said the batteries were the original batteries. So not new ones when bought per Jennifer the sales person. The charger had a light on it..but never came on. That is ruined...told overcharged. We did not overcharge them. We called Jennifer and I was mad and said she lied to me...nothing working on it. Like new too. She said she would give $200 out of her own money towards new batteries. I handed phone to husband and Jennifer apparently changed her mind and started cussing at him and hung up on him after saying write a bad review on Yelp! It is now costing us $350 for batteries and $56 for a charger. Horrible service..lied...and dishonest. Go elsewhere. read more

Jennifer was interested in what the needs of my Mother might be with her limitations, she took that information and spent over an hour helping me with information so I could make a good decision.
