I wanted to see what SUV would meet the clearance to add an interior lift before I buy a SUV. Jeff spent a great deal of time, with me to research what SUV's that would meet the specifications to install a motorized interior lift. He saved me from making a big mistake. I had my heart set on buying a SUV. He was knowledgeable and with his expertise, he let me know I could not buy a newer SUV, because, the SUV's don't have the interior clearance to accommodate an interior lift. With his superior knowledge base, he suggested that I would need to buy a Honda Odyssey, a Toyota Sienna, or a Chrysler Pacifica. He was professional and answered all of my questions. Called and was told i needed the rehab dept so i left a message. As i didn't get a return call I followed up again. Today i was told no referral has ever been received. When I asked for a supervisor i was disconnected. Third call on hold now for the rehab dept 10 minutes. At this point i've advised my doctors office my husband (also referred for a scooter due to cancer) and i need to be referred to an agency that isn't incompetent.
