I wanted a quality install and was pretty particular about details like transitions to tile, baseboards, that I wanted to pull out old carpet, I was ordering the materials, etc. Paul and Daniel knew exactly what I was referring to regarding smooth transitions and immediately said "no problem" after others gave me a whole song and dance. They also provided a professional, accurate, and detailed estimate while clearly telling me what might cost more once they get in there (e.g. leveling the floor). Other companies either gave me really rough verbal estimates or overly specific (& wrong) estimates. Communication with the guys is fantastic. The work was done with the kind of craftsmanship I expected from my meticulous grandpa (that is.. they know what they're doing and do it properly!) Daniel is doing a very big project for my house, over 200k, we had so many issues in the house done by him and his subcontractors 1. the framing does not meet the minimum workmanship standards of ROC according to a thorogh inspection. framing wall is not aligned and window headers is sloopy and lazy according to the inspector. 2. we had two trusses got damaged in the renovation, no one ever let us know! 3. fully new installed window trim got damaged by stucco guy who is not liscensed. When he claims all of his subcontractors are licensed, it's all lies! He hired cheap guys to do the cheap work, but he overcharges our general contractor fee. Luckily, we insisted on having him hire a licensed plumber and electrician. I promise I have more stories coming out about all these subcontractor things. Regarding my house's framing issue, he admits his unlicensed crew made a mistake, but he insisted on having the same old framer come back to fix the issue because he already paid him. I refused that. As a general contractor for this big project, you charge me contract fee over 30% of the project. how come you don't put your client's work and interest as the priority but always try to save your own money? And how can I trust an unprofessional guy who has already made so many mistakes in my house to fix things properly? we keep contacting Daniel, he slowly responding us claims that he is on a vocation and out of the country. My whole project now is stoping here. Word of mouth is very important, shoot me email shenkk2013@gmail.com, I will provide all the pictures and details how we dealing with him. Right after we bought our home, we reached out to Az Prestige and they were quick to come out, measure our floors and give us an estimate in a timely matter, other companies we reached out to didn't even respond to our inquiry. After beautifully installing our floors, we had a flood from our RO system and we immediately called them to come back. They came quickly to remove everything and helped us reorder new floors, which they also reinstalled for us. I am so impressed! I needed a a quick job (less than 2 weeks), and Daniel and his crew came through in every way imaginable. Daniel is responsive and accurate. He gave us direction and guidance giving us confidence we meant more than just a "job" for them. I rarely use services that I don't have a recommendation for, but we were in a crunch, so I posted in a FB group. Several people responded but Daniel actually made an impression. Not only were his prices competitive, he was extremely responsive. He was at my house the next day to measure, he then had a quote email over within an hour, and arranged to have the crew there a few days later. This was all during the week between Christmas and New Years, mind you! The demo was nothing short of spectacular. I'd heard horror stories of dust upon dust when contractors remove tile, but not this crew. They showed up early Dec 31st and were done in about four hours and, other than the floor being gone, you'd have ZERO idea they were even there. I couldn't believe it. There was no dust. Jan 2nd they started installing the new tile and were done in two days. The crew showed up early and worked all day. They were polite, detailed, and professional. I am in love with my new flooring. A $70,000 job- and we were ripped off! We hired Daniel a few months ago. We were not happy with their service. They are scam artist, gentle and smooth talk. Daniel claim to be a licensed GC and have licensed folks that work with him. He does the electrical work which he is not licensed for it. He did a bad electrical connection in my island and about my house in danger of burning down. Luckily the breaker trip. We hired a professional and he confirm that the job was done by an amateur when we confronted Daniel he admitted for his mistake. Daniel claimed his plumber was licensed and his tile guy does the plumbing and he did a bad connection that one of our bathroom leaked into our kitchen. When my wife questioned Daniel about this things, he threaten her, by saying he would abandon the job. The only reason I didn't write this review before is because the only thing he is licensed with is with floor installation, which he gives 2 years warranty. I knew for a fact something was going to happen and I wanted to make sure he would be professional and fixed it. Well less then a year we have problems and contacted Daniel, he respond saying he is out of town. Mind you he hasn't responded to my texts in over 2 weeks.
