I did not want to write this, but really felt compelled to especially given that it took another…read moreagent less than 24 hrs to do exactly what I hired these guys to do. I felt like, despite ample opportunity to serve my requested documents, they moved with no sense of urgency to get the job done. I read the terms, understood their policies etc and yet still felt they weren't in the business of "process service" especially since it was mentioned several times early on, if they were unable to serve the documents onto the defendant after all attempts I could just file a "declaration of non-service" and ask the court for alternative ways to serve him. Definitely didn't want to have to do that especially since I paid $130 and gave more than 7-days time frame to get it done. On one attempt, I notified them ahead of time that I had confirmation he would not be home, and they knocked and rang the doorbell anyway and counted it as an attempt. I was confused but stayed patient in hopes they would get the job done. Needless to say, they were unsuccessful and ended up filing the Non-service affidavit and I was back at square one after 8 days and $130 short. I hired another individual the next day, and he was served the following afternoon.

I was repeatedly charged for vague "weekly" and even "daily" meetings with no explanation of what was discussed or why they were necessary. Many invoice entries lacked sufficient detail to verify the legitimacy of the charges. When my retainer was finally returned, it was nearly half of what I was owed. When I questioned the discrepancy, I was suddenly told there were "third-party charges" -- something that was never clearly disclosed beforehand. To make matters worse, their invoices state that you have only two days to dispute charges, yet the invoices themselves were inaccurate and incomplete, making it nearly impossible to identify issues within that timeframe. After I formally notified the firm that I was terminating their representation, they continued billing me for internal emails and communications -- including emails about transferring the case to my new attorney, which my new attorney was already handling. Those post-termination communications totaled over $600, billed after they were no longer my attorneys. The lack of transparency, shifting explanations, and billing after termination are deeply concerning. I would strongly caution anyone considering this firm to review their invoices carefully and be very clear about billing expectations upfront.

I know Gary will likely respond to this with excuses, just as he did throughout our communication, but the facts remain the same. I am very disappointed with the service I received from Gary.After accepting the assignment and receiving payment and all the necessary documents, there was virtually no communication. I received no status updates unless I reached out first, which is not the level of professionalism I expect from a paid process server.After the unsuccessful service attempt, I suggested an alternative way to proceed, but my message was completely ignored. When I later requested the Proof of Non-Service, I again had to follow up multiple times. Gary only responded after I expressed my dissatisfaction and said he would send the document the following day. Several days have now passed, and I still have not received it. For anyone considering working with him, make sure all communication is in writing. Do not rely on phone calls, as you will have no evidence if a dispute arises later. This lack of communication, repeated delays, and failure to provide the required documentation have unnecessarily delayed my case.I hired this service expecting timely communication and professional follow-through. Instead, I have had to repeatedly chase the process server for basic updates and documentation. Ultimately, this service has proven to be completely unreliable and unprofessional. I cannot recommend Gary to anyone who needs a dependable process server for their important legal matters.

The second time, I was present, I wanted to see her in action. She quickly walked up to the served party, asked a few identity questions, stated that they were served and was done. She is a great service and I know if I need anything served that she will be the one to do it. I do want to mention that other process servers charge extra for multiple locations, but she is extremely reasonable. I asked her to swing by a few "known" locations and she had absolutely no problem doing so without giving me a hard time. This was the main reason that I insist on using her. She took the complexity out of this process. She is very reasonably priced (about $70 a serve). Granted, I live in her area of service, but even so, she attempted to serve/served with little to no hassle, questions, problems, etc. Definitely recommend this process server!! She is excellent in the two times that I have had hired her to deliver. Either way, she will give you excellent documentation (either Affidavit of Non-Service or Service). They still have not turned in the proof of service to the Court. So my case is gonna be delayed because of them. Then they block your numbers so you can not get a hold of them .
