Meanwhile, a kid was fully able to get out of a car and fully get into that car!! Plenty of time that someone can give papers to someone... I talked to the server afterwards and I was confused how he didn't rush over and be ready before he even got there. He said we are not police officers and can't just break through windows!!! What?!!? Who said anything about that. Usually a server is out ready to go especially when all the exact details were stated to numerous people on the phone and in emails. I called and stated my fustrastions to the company. They don't care. They want to charge me even more money to do another attempt!!!! another $100, mind you!! All they do is lie and try to pass blame and say they weren't there with the server so they don't know. They did tell me, in email, that the driver tried calling the other party that was gonna be there, to sit something up and no one answered!! They never called! We have a call log to prove it! I literally wasted $175 with a lazy server and bad customer service. I literally paid extra for this situation and they tried to make me feel bad for the server having to go out of their regular jobs to do this one.
