This was my first time using a process server and I received little information about the process and next steps. *** Update, in response to owner below*** If he called me and I didn't answer, why did he not leave a message, send a text or email?? I got nothing! I have all of the email communication and it doesn't lie. It shows I emailed him for an update at the end of busn on a Tues. He replied he served the person on Sunday (with no explanation or apology for the delay!) That's 2 busn days I waited. And I had to reach out to him. That's not great customer service. The same emails also show how in the dark I was about the process. Emails show me asking very basic questions about the process and getting very short answers. And no, there was no detailed explanation of anything at the beginning. The long response from the owner only contains irrelevant information in his failed attempt to make it look like he's providing some great defense. It's crazy how some people can't take responsibility for anything.

Who said anything about that. Usually a server is out ready to go especially when all the exact details were stated to numerous people on the phone and in emails. I called and stated my fustrastions to the company. They don't care. They want to charge me even more money to do another attempt!!!! another $100, mind you!! All they do is lie and try to pass blame and say they weren't there with the server so they don't know. They did tell me, in email, that the driver tried calling the other party that was gonna be there, to sit something up and no one answered!! They never called! We have a call log to prove it! I literally wasted $175 with a lazy server and bad customer service. I literally paid extra for this situation and they tried to make me feel bad for the server having to go out of their regular jobs to do this one.
