I've been coming to AZ smokers for a while and last night I brought my friends into the shop and we were about to go out and have fun and we made a stop all decked out in our outfits, but my friend is a bigger girl and they didn't notice, but I noticed as she walked out the door they went"thunk thunk thunk" to mock her weight. She's tall and bigger. It's crazy to me that they are fat shaming with faces like those and especially this being a place where you get marijuana and they sell munchies but yet they fat shame. Arizona smokers is my go to shop when I want a new piece or if I have a friend looking for something new. They're always keeping their inventory up and switching things so you don't go back to the same stuff every time. They have modern music playing which always sets a comfortable vibe. They sell shirts and jackets also which are pretty good quality. Usually when I go in there, everyone greets me but I used to be slightly annoyed by the amount of times everyone would greet me and ask if I needed help. It seemed like they were working on commission because of it. THIS time however, the system was better. We had one person helping us the whole time. His name was Stephen. He was really cool and actually helpful. I've gone in there before and had someone try to help me and they just weren't actually helpful. Stephen was. And he was fun to joke with which was good because my friend took forever to decide. I only gave it one star because it was required. I went to this place to buy my mom a carton of cigarettes from this location and they raised their prices $15 per carton. They wanted to charge me $106. I asked why the big jump in prices and they said their price went up. So I went to another place down the street and they charged me $88 including tax. I asked about the increase in their prices and they said there was one but only 15 cents. Appears they were trying to take advantage of me or scammers. Won't be back. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever received. I used to love this shop until the last few years the management has went to shit. After waiting outside for three hours I was advised that you have to spend $30 on glass after the discount in order to receive a goodie bag. That should of been advertised but whatever. I bought two $22 pipes and a $9 flag which equals out to $53. I was charged $53 on my bank account. After going back in and asking what happened to the discount I was made fun of in regards to the $10. I was downgraded and talk down to. The rude cashier took the product back told me that he would give me a refund and then told me know that there's no refunds excepted. He took my phone out of my hand and demanded me to do math. He insulted my daughter for recording the incident. The cashier advised me to return the $100 goodie bag and got but hurt when I told them there goodie bags are shitty and not worth the time or money I just waisted. Highly disappointed in my 420 morning. Spreading the word that this staff has issues and talk to you however they please. read more

FAKE FLEA MARKET. Bought a "RAW" torch from them only to find out they placed a genuine RAW sticker over a China made torch. Torch burnt out in a few days and actually caught on fire due to poor construction. Swap meet quality for designer prices. Recently spent $17 on an IGNITE 1300 puff vape and within 31 puffs the battery died. No refund, no replacement, nothing. This store is a SCAM ran by thieves. STAY FAR AWAY!!! read more

Bought an expensive hookah from these guys ($200+) and they promised that the hookah would be amazing and had the best reviews. The hookah doesn't work properly, and they wouldn't give me an exchange or ANYTHING AT ALL I DIDN'T EVEN WANT MY MONEY BACK, just a different hookah. Great shop they just expanded and doubled their space and inventory and product line. The staff is very outgoing, knowledgeable and friendly. I even got my $2.00 ATM withdrawal fee back from the manager. I withdrew some cash from their ATM as the price was less expensive if I used cash. I had to go in 3 times before someone could help me, just to be told they wouldn't let us return or exchange and told us to mail it in and go through the company. I have shopped here multiple times for coils, replacement glass, rubber bands for my Freemax M2 tank. Figured I'd buy a new mod from them to replace my working but clunky Humvee. I purchased a Kaos Spectrum on 7/20/21. Right out of gate was having trouble randomly getting it to turn on. No problem at all shutting it down. I gave up put it back in box with reciept to exchange or even upgrade to a different one. I was met with "the coil has been used" REALLY?? I had NO reason to use that small, cheap tank, my freemax fit fine on it. Wouldn't exchange or make more money off me with a higher priced upgrade! I drive city bus, work early mornings. Was told to come in at night to talk to owner. This store is not close to where I live, i saw it while driving route 67. So button doesn't work properly, other sales guy said it might be manufacturer prob and I would have to talk to them.....its been A WEEK!! Between button and supposed used coil sounds like I got a used POS. I'm stuck with it, out $71.47! I see people all day on my bus, not only will I not recommend place but will spread word that they don't back their sales or merchandise up!! read more

This used to be an awesome shop. They got way to big and buy knock off product now. If you buy a bottle of grundge off (bong cleaner) the real brand has a seal. This smoke shops "grundge off" doesn't come with a seal. And cleans your bongs like crap compared to the real deal grundge off. Same with there nic sticks all there disposals are knock offs of the real brands. read more

Half of the time they tell me they will order what I need and then a month later they still don't have it. The other day I showed up at 9:22am when they say they open at 9am and NO ONE was there. I waited for 5 minutes but I have other places to be. I am so disappointed in their service. Their sign on their door even says open at 9am. I left my name and number on the door and they never even called me back. I called them later that day around noon to ask them about it and they offered me a 20% discount on my next order to make up for the inconvenience. Too bad I won't be making a next order.
