For the most part, there haven't been any issues with staffing on sites and hours either. Occasionally, a company will end their contract , which in turn ends hours for employees. However, Covey will reassign them. What I like best about Covey is how they have support available to guards on nights and weekends, not all companies do. I saw several good reviews on Google mentioning Tom and Roger, and I'm glad to see those. I have never met Roger before, but I have spoken to Tom before, and he seemed extremely responsive and caring of the Covey employees.

I'm impressed by the nightly reports and how the personnel go out of their way to make sure the building is secure. The reports have pictures of all sides of the building, they check all doors, listen for alarms, kindly ask vagrants to move on and help notify overnight parkers that they need to move their vehicles asap.
