I had less than 2 weeks to remove it. I live in Colorado and had know way, or time to arrange for it to be brought up here. I consulted with someone I knew in Az and he managed to find a buyer for trailer for less than it was worth. I lost all the contents from my children's baby pictures to all my furniture and family heirlooms. no reimbursement of any kind was offered. so after many years {and a lot of money} keeping my possessions safe I lost everything. Other than that, they were great - just make sure you have a doable back up plan in place.
