***BEWARE - RENT ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!! **** Shiela is incredibly rude! In their bio they say they treat everyone like family...I don't treat my family like that! My husband was driving a van to pick up and close out our unit. The gate was open, so he drove in. She chased us down in her golf cart, to inform us that we had violated the rules and should've entered our code. We apologized and proceeded to empty our the few things in our unit. When I asked the procedure for closing out the unit, she fired a bunch of questions at me, to see if I had gone through the proper steps. I told her I didn't know the procedure as we just decided to close out the unit that day. That's why I was asking what the procedure was. She made us stop what we were doing and go put in the code for the gate. Then she said to stop in the office on our way out. She never explained the procedure. She informed us that it's all in the contract and again was unbelievably rude. We signed the paperwork and couldn't get out of there fast enough!! read more

Great Service!! Still til this day. Had a storage for about 3 years everything is still there. front office does a great job with keeping you updated on what's going on around the storage. Also, great people all around. Best place to leave your things for storage in Gilbert. Highly recommend! I needed extra space near my home in Gilbert, along with the additional challenge of a boat storage space. Sheila and team were able to work with me and accommodate my requests in a very reasonable amount of time (2 units that they combined + parking for my boat). There was a wait list for the boat parking, but they held to their word and called me the moment it was available. Billing is easy to understand and they don't do any bait and switch like other storage companies, where the introductory rate jumps sharply after initial sign up. Between the aggressive amount of dirt/debris (NOT dust), mice piss and shit all over my things, and TERMITES, I am absolutely appalled. I spent two weekends cleaning and going through all of my stuff (approx. 20 hours of my life and I am only halfway done). These are my valuable items from my apartment and childhood and very new, expensive pieces of furniture. I also spent a good portion of the day yesterday CRYING. Also, you mentioned insurance in your Voicemail but the plan only covered catastrophe to the complex and not YOUR complex's lack of cleanliness with pests and debris. I have thousands of dollars of damage which is way more than the 6 months of rent. This is the biggest headache and I am traumatized from seeing my valuable things ruined. My unit was only occupied for 6 months, not like 6 years, which was 6 months too long. The most regrettable decision of my life." read more

Manager opens the door but wouldn't check me in because it's her day off and the other person was at lunch. You'd think they would be glad to make money and rent units but she was put off when I asked her to check me in and started asking me about if I work on my days off instead of trying to be helpful. Would not recommend working with people as rude as her. I rang the doorbell once because the sign on the door said to, also she offered to start the paperwork after I told her to cancel my reservation because she was rude. I understand trying to save face on a public review but you could at least be apologetic for your employees poor attitude. It wasn't that I wasn't willing to go through the paperwork it's that your onsite manager was rude and didn't offer to start the process until I was already canceling. read more

**RENTERS BEWARE** I came here after going through a horrific separation/divorce and Sheila and Tom were great at getting everything squared away initially but when I found a place on the fly to move my stuff to Sheila became a very hard nosed fish saying that I should have let her know that I was looking for a place??? Then she tells me that because I didn't give her a 2 week notice prior to the end of the month that I owe her for an ADDITIONAL MONTH?! Save your money and headaches ... go ANYWHERE else. This storage facility is a hidden gem. It is reasonably priced and the access hours have been great for us. We were initially worried about getting in and out, with them being off Gilbert road just north of busy downtown Gilbert. However, we have not had an issue! And we've even towed our trailer out of there at 5pm on a Friday evening! Sheila has been awesome to deal with. Actually all the staff is helpful and friendly! read more

I've never used self storage before but my experience here thus far has far surpassed my expectations. I suppose I always thought that self storage places were something kind of sleepy - that you pay then go store your stuff. You'll never see management and also always have problems with payment and or management. Not so here. Literally any time I've came here either Tom or Shelia have been there and at least waved at me... if not came over and said hello. The place is in a good location of town and with both owners living on site and walking around during the day makes me feel even safer. Plus, with some deals, you get a free lock. I got a discount for coming in and talking to them instead of reserving online, too. If I'd HAD to complain about anything it would be that the locking mechanism on the door is just a thin piece of metal that could be forcefully broken/cut and your lock easily bypassed. But, I guess if you're storing something of that much value it'd be better if you didn't use such a unit, right? read more

The unit size fit my moving truck perfectly! They were so kind and stayed past their normal hours just to help me find the right unit.
