Words can't explain how much fun we had ! We went this week October 10, 2025 at 9am . I'll admit I was so scared because I am afraid of heights. But Taylor and Bri were so friendly and patient I felt comfortable to face my fears . My daughter(12) , son (16) and husband had a blast on the 5 ziplines . Usually takes an 1.5hours to complete . This place is very good for a fun family adventure people of mostly all ages are able to go even if you bring along you grandma not only that they make sure the worker is communicative and interacts with his group/audience this one sort of tall white guy and maybe Mexican (not sure) girl were our guides and they were amazing very welcoming and cracked jokes with us as-well also I they had water in between zip lines which was nice and cold and they make sure of safety every time which makes it take longer but is worth it so you don't lose your life lol and the food they had is decent the fries are the best thing they have in my opinion. read more

It was Thanksgiving holiday and we have no plan to go out of town for overnight, so I tried to find something to do with the kids. I remanded about this. We decided to buy the ticket about 3 days prior. It's far from where we live, but the road is nice, and the sign is very clear and easy to follow. We reserved for 9.30am and we arrived around 30 mins before scheduled as they suggested. All staff are friendly, nice and helpful. The place is neat and nice with a beautiful view. The Zipline experience was great. The guide was very nice and friendly. And in additionaly, overthere we also buy giant swing experience for kids... they love it! Terrifying fun in very good hands, adrenalin and excitement aplenty. Everyone working at Zipline Adventures is great, but our guides Nora and Taylor were especially wonderful. Caring and patient, they got us through increasing fast and steep zips. Although they flit around with the ease of Peter Pan, they never made us feel foolish and described every step of the process to put us at ease. Beautiful scenery and views abound! read more

I highly recommend this adventure!! Today was my first zipline experience and I loved it!! I want to first give a shout out to Valerie who greeted us when we entered the gift shop/check in area. Valerie checked us in and thoroughly explained what to expect. She was also very friendly and I can tell she likes her job! Our zipline leaders were Taylor and Max and we had eight in our group. Taylor and Max explained everything in a detailed manner and made sure everyone felt comfortable. I love how they focused on safety and always checked our harnesses before each run. The equipment and the lines are well maintained which reinforced the commitment to quality and safety. Every run was faster and my highlight was the grand finale where I got to race my friend. My family and I made the over 2 hours trek from Phoenix to Oracle just to experience the ziplines here and we were not disappointed. If there's any downside, it would be how far it is from Phoenix but it's only about 25 miles from Tucson. We've been to quite a few other ziplines and while we've experienced longer ones, faster ones, and ziplines through jungles, over beaches, etc., we have never experienced a zipline that had such a welcoming and more comfortable facility. I didn't do the zipline myself but waited while my family did. Sure, it was almost 100 degrees outside but they provided a shaded area with tables and chairs, clean restrooms, and free water. The ziplines itself was very nice. From what my family told me, they really enjoyed the breathtaking views. They provide free lockers in the waiting area! In terms of staff, their team was amazing. Everyone from the lady at the gift shop (where we checked in) to our tour guides (Taylor and Kyle...did I mention they were awesome) were so friendly and accommodating. Taylor and Kyle were both so patient with the other people in the party who were first timers. They showed us exactly where we could stand to take nice pictures/videos. They also came to get us when the group was on the last zipline so that we could take more pictures and videos. If I ever stopped by Tucson again, I would definitely bring my family back here and I'll be sure to join them next time. read more

Excellent service from the staff. They are friendly and helpful. They give clear instructions. There is 5 zip lines in this tour. The first 2 is like a warm up zips but also fun. It is definitely a family friendly experience. We originally signed up for a later time, but getting there like they mentioned (30min early) got us into an earlier tour. This works well for us cause there is a state park nearby, so after zipline, we were able to explore it. Thanks to the staff organizing us into an earlier time. Tip: do the wavier online, it'll save you a lot of time. read more

This was a really fun experience and the staff are all super cool and friendly people. The Eco Zipline tour has 5 zipline courses increasing in speed and distance. The final course is a tandem line so you can race your friend. Apparently the world record speed reached on the last zipline is a whopping 60mph by a guy known as Charles P. Thompson. We came in from Tucson and it about 1 hour and 2p minutes away, so plan accordingly. We did not give ourselves enough time and got there 5 minutes after the start time, after driving up the mountain road so fast we almost caught some air on the hills. Despite us being late, the staff was extremely accommodating and moved us to a later time for free. However, just as a heads up, if the zipline tours are full and they can not accommodate you, you are not entitled to a refund. So don't be late! The tour leaders were a lot of fun. They gave me a special helmet with a GoPro mount so I could take videos of the action! That was super nice because otherwise I would not have been able to carry it while going down the lines. Long story short, I highly recommend checking this out! read more

Very fun outing. I went with one daughter's family, then the other's inside of a week, cuz we couldn't coordinate both. Was great for me, I got to fly twice. The grandkids are all between 9 and 13 and everybody loved it. The first timers were a little tentative at first, but that vanished quickly. We had 3 different guides, Clay, Taylor and Jazz. They were all terrific and great with the kids. The food is even good! read more

Our guide: "What brought you out here to zipline today?" Me: "My husband got drunk last night and booked us on your website to zip today for his birthday." Our guide: "Way to follow through!" Our guide and my husband: High-fiving each other True story but back to the review ~ this place is GREAT! We had a sunset zip booked and AZ Zipline even called us a couple of hours prior to let us know that their restaurant will be closed before our booked time so we may want to arrive early enough to eat or eat prior. How kind of them! **We got there early and ate!** Upon arrival, we checked in, completed our liability paperwork and ordered lunch. I highly recommend eating there because the food is fantastic. You can build your own burger or select one of the menu items from the chalkboard. My husband had the Trolly (a BLT) but added extra bacon, plus ham. It was HUGE! I don't know how he managed to get his mouth around it. I had the Cliff Hanger (grilled chicken breast, Monterey Jack cheese, bacon and other fixin's. Really fresh ingredients and tasty. French fries and onion rings are really good too, especially with their super sauce - an amp'd up Thousand Island. When it was time, our guides lined our group up outside and were very thorough in their explanations of everything and then we suited up and piled in the back of a truck to head out. You start on shorter, slower zips and then each zip gets more adventurous. The final zip is a tandem line so you can zip alongside your partner at 60 MILES AN HOUR!!!! Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and out to make sure you have fun. There is a decent amount of hiking/treking up some hillsides to get to each platform and I got completely winded on the trek up to the last/biggest zip platform. Our guide was so nice and patient with me. She didn't make me feel like a burden when I needed to slow it down and take a break on my climb. **I'm out of shape/I smoke/I'm overweight (but I made the weight limit - yeehaw!!!) so this may not be an issue for most but just be warned that there is a decent amount of walking to be done...uphill. LOL The whole environment at Arizona Zipline Adventures is one of fun and good, friendly people work there. The building gives you a welcome feeling and I even commented to my husband that it would be a great place to throw a party...a little band at one end...a BBQ...And actually, we found out from one of our guides that they do a Grill Your Own Steak night on the 3rd Saturday of each month. Hmmmmmm, a return trip to Oracle may be in our future! read more

Everyone on the staff was incredible! Came to Arizona zipline with no zipline experience and a 10 year old companion. We did the giant swing first and Clay walked us through everything we needed to do to feel comfortable and safe! Then we moved on to ziplines, Chris and Emily were the guides on our tour. From the moment we stepped into the harnesses to the point we were flying through the air on the last line, they both helped everyone on the tour with compassion, humor and assurance. My family and I enjoyed the experience. The weather happened to be perfect for us which helped. The guides, Nora and Clay, were fun, quirky, and competent. The zips themselves were fun enough, but the load and unload process is slow just due to the nature of the beast. That last zip is a doozy - it's HIGH and fast - but it was really fun. There's a lot to do to spend your waiting time so it wasn't boring (start by just reading all the signs, they're funny, then play some cornhole). We stayed for lunch which was delicious and well-made. If anything is a downside it's that it's kind of expensive and most of the zips are short, even if enjoyable. It's also worth noting that there's some walking and minor hiking involved, and not all the zip platform have shade available. Most of them did, with water coolers on hand, but wear sunscreen or long sleeves if that's a concern. read more

Absolutely loved our experience. We came for my nephews 8th birthday, 5 of us went on the zip line while the rest of our party hung out in the patio/restaurant area waiting for us to finish for lunch. The best part was the staff being so nice to one of my nephews that was extremely anxious/scared about zip lining. He was fine beforehand but as soon as we climbed up to the first zip line he started freaking out. I was finding it hard to calm him down but one of the staff members was able to talk to him and calm his nerves. He was able to zip line and got the confidence to keep going...although he kept faltering here and there lol. This staff member kept checking in on him throughout the whole experience knowing he was afraid of heights and the zip lines kept getting higher. read more

My husband and I went this weekend for the 5 zip line course. The area was beautiful, we rode our motorcycles up from Tucson. The facility was clean and cute looking, and the staff were very friendly and professional. All the equipment was in good order and clean. The zip courses were fun, and progressed from easy to faster / longer. The staff made sure everyone was comfortable and knew what to do at each course. We ordered burgers and fries after, the prices were great and the food was very good. If we lived close we would probably go there just for the burgers and fries. read more

Arizona Zipline Adventures is SO MUCH FUN. With COVID we have been staying home so this was a wonderful birthday surprise. They kept the groups very small (it was my party of 2 and 3 people from another party), everyone had their own trolley and gloves (the equipment you're touching), and there was plenty of room to social distance. The team was diligent about mask wearing the entire time too which I appreciated. Their crew did a great job of getting us excited and calming our nerves on the high lines!
