I think the shakes are very nutritious which is more than I can say for most fast food chains. i got the red velvet shake (chocolate base) this time and if i come back id try a vanilla based shake. I usually make my own protein shakes at home, but it was nice to have someone else make one -- they are a little pricey but i think it lots of nutritional value for the money. They have wifi and there was ample seating on a Monday morning -- I was the only person who dined in. I spent two hours comfortably working in this space and customers stopped in and went.

I didn't realize this was an Herbalife place until I had already ordered and the woman informed me I can't get a bowl without the "protein powder" in it. The bowl is literally water and this weird protein powder mix that is a "1300 calorie shake that's only 200 calories" which makes no sense to begin with. It says fresh fruit but they gave me frozen blueberries. Every ingredient other than the Herbalife stuff is the cheapest thing you can buy from sams club. This says it's a nutrition place but it's just unhealthy sugary garbage disguised as a smoothie spot. MLM's need to stop preying on nice, innocent people like these ladies working.

Roasted Coconut Cafe was easy to find and had plenty of parking. You can either enter from Demeter's Common or the side door where there's sand. Roasted Coconut Cafe shares the same building with Demeter's Common which you can read my review there. There's a round table and chairs inside but you can opt to eat outside in the parking lot where there's a table and chairs and some benches. When you need help, just ring the bell. The staff were friendly in discussion and kept to themselves, so do ring that bell for assistance. I personally liked this concept so that the employees can do other things instead of waiting around. My husband and I both ordered the PB&J bowls size medium, his with added coconut and mine with added goji berries. We ordered online and did pickup in store. When I saw that extra toppings were only 25 cents more per topping, I immediately fell in love!! Most smoothie shops charge at least 75 cents if not a dollar per additional topping. Our bowls were DELICIOUS, tasted natural, and weren't overbearingly sweet. This is a real-deal smoothie shop. Now I know why you're paying little extra, the ingredients are premium.
