The trashiest coffee place in Smyrna. It's dirty! If you think you're getting bits of sugar in your coffee you aren't you're getting old pieces of milk because the machines are not cleaned when they are suppose to. The area where they make your milkshakes is also dirty it smells like rotten milk because again they don't clean and they DONT use gloves to make your things. The main manager Kay is also trash I think this is the first time she has ever had a title and she thinks she owns the place. If you want to complain about this place please make sure you go straight to corporate and not the GM. I had one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've ever encountered at this Dunkin location. After ordering through the drive-thru, I simply asked the employee to repeat my order back to me (which I always do since my orders are often incorrect). Instead of providing basic courtesy, the employee audibly sighed, rushed through the order with attitude, and when I pulled to the window, she continued to be dismissive. When I calmly tried to ask why there was always such attitude during my visits, she snapped, told me to "go somewhere else," and refused to serve me. When I insisted on my order, she escalated the situation, even going so far as to make threatening comments toward me. To make matters worse, when I called the store to try and report the incident, the same employee answered and called me names over the phone. This behavior is completely unacceptable for any business, especially one that relies on customer service. Dunkin corporate needs to address this location immediately. I will not be returning. This is the worst place. Placed an order through the app for pickup in the drive thru on my way to work. Get there, give my name and get to the window to have them only give me the iced mocha I ordered. Had to stop the worker from closing the window on me to ask where the 6 donuts I ordered were and proceeded to have them try and tell me I didn't place the order for the donuts even though they acknowledged I ordered the iced mocha. They then called me a different name and tried to use that person's receipt to prove me wrong. And when that didn't work told me they couldn't refund my money because they had no proof I actually paid for the donuts. I obviously paid for the iced mocha cause they gave that to me, I had the receipt ON THE APP and was showing them their own damn app screen where I ordered and paid and they still argued with me. When I asked if they were "fucking kidding me, I'm going to be fucking late for work" the older blonde woman threw her hand up, told me if I was going to cuss at them I could leave, they didn't want me then refused to honor the transaction that was already paid for or give me a refund. One, I never cuss AT employees. I cuss at situations employees put me in with their incompetence. Two, this is called theft. Refusing to provide the goods paid for nor refund the cost of those goods paid for is illegal. Three, customer service on the app referred everything back to the franchise owner instead of making this right. Do NOT use this Dunkin Donuts. The donuts absolutely were not fresh today. The texture was like when I buy donuts and have leftovers for the next day. You'd think a business would not allow leftovers to be sold the next day??? With so many negative reviews going back a long time, this tells me that the franchise is not on top of their business. I question how much the workers are being paid. Was never assisted at drive through, even though they were clearly open. Some workers that I seen, don't really notice there's a order ahead order even though there's no one else in the store till some one walks in. I love Dunkin but I'm so fed up with this location, I will not go back. Years ago this location was good but it has gone way downhill. They weren't open this morning, I'm guessing because of staffing. When they are open, even if they have ample staff they move extremely slow. They have gotten my drink wrong NUMEROUS times. There are 2-3 staff members that do a good job and care but for the most part, the overall experience is crap. This location is very slow at taking orders. They also make my drink wrong 90% of the time I order from them. The last time I ordered, the drink was so bad I had to have it remade and It was still wrong. ordering through my the app is almost pointless because when you get there they still have to make your drinks and you are waiting just as long as you would be. coffee is always tasting different and is never consistent with the taste. Sometimes they are way too sweet and others not enough. app says you can add certain things to your drink and Dunkin says it's against policy so you end up wasting money if you order through the app. read more

Order have been wrong only a couple times (when it first opened) and I haven't seen that guy at the window again. The price is right as well. I usually get an afternoon iced coffee and a large is about $2.50. Way better priced than Starbucks, which normally costs me over $4. read more

Dunkin Donuts in Smyrna is a decent place for a cup of coffee. The place is not the cleanest but I always get the order to go.

One star is even too high for this store. Each time I've come in, there has been an issue, however this past Sunday 9/17 was the worst. My BF & I ordered, he got his Macchiato & breakfast sandwich & I continued to wait. Several others were served, although some had long waits as well. I started to say something and the response was "I've just been here 4 days". Wrong answer! Another chimes in and says there are issues with the Macchiato machine. So I'm finally told this after a 15 minute wait. And btw still waiting on the 2 glazed donuts I ordered. I have been a lifelong customer of DD having previously lived in the northeast where we had DD for many years. Never have I had such excuses or poor service at any DD until now. I often go to the ones on Memorial in the Boro & on Carothers in Franklin. Both give top notch service even when very busy. For me it will be worth the drive to avoid the Smyrna location even though I live there, just to get good service. If Smyrna can get their act together I'll consider trying them again. read more

Don't use their on the go ordering if you are in a hurry. I ordered and paid through the app, and I chose drive thru pick up. When I got there, the drive thru line was long. Since I had already paid, I went in and the manager told me I had to go through the drive thru line. I sat for 10 minutes and finally had to leave without the coffee and breakfast sandwich I had already paid for because I was late to work. Stick with Starbucks. I always try to give places another chance if something goes wrong, but after trying over and over, I'm done. The evening staff is not only rude, but always changing the way things are handled in the drive thru. Everyone likes to say DD is better than Starbucks but no they're not. First let me say that I am the idiot here because I continually go back here to be disappointed, irritated and frustrated. That said, this might be the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. That's saying a lot, because I grew up in MA and each of the thousands of Dunks back home is terrible in their own way, but at least they would get my order correct. With this location, it's not a question of if they will make your order wrong, but how wrong will it be. I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt so many times, but it's just a given that you will receive something other than what you ordered more often than not. And don't bother calling them to offer feedback. Their phone number will take you to an automated message about a voicemail that has not been set up. I wish I could recommend the Dunks across town, or an in-town competitor, but Smyrna seems to be cursed with terribly aloof or apathetic service employees.
