What a gem! Wanted a coffee after a dr appointment nearby and saw that Bella Vista had some great reviews. Decided to check it out and am sure glad that we did :) We ordered a couple of coffees and the loaded breakfast burrito. We had an iced banana latte, hot vanilla latte (half sweet) and the "livin la vida" latte. In the banana latte the espresso was a little burnt and you could taste it but it wasn't overwhelming enough to where you couldn't drink it. The other two coffees had a little more flavor/sweetness so you couldn't taste the coffee flavor as much but they were both still good. The loaded burrito was definitely the star of the show. It was delicious and super flavorful especially with the ranch that came with it. If you like ranch.... then it is a must if you eat here. We came for the coffee and the variety of specialty coffee options. When we got there the food smelled delicious so we ordered breakfast also. While we waited they had different games you could play which we indulged in! However, we didnt get to finish our game because they are so efficient getting your food out to you!! Overall: Stopped by this cute cafe for a quick working lunch! I got the panini and iced chai. I had a little higher hopes for the chai, but the panini was great. I was able to study here while I ate, though it's definitely more of a chitchat cafe. Service: Very kind staff, and my food came out extremely quickly! Pretty fairly priced but my drink was a little pricier than expected. Cute little coffee shop! If you're looking for a good panini, the ones here are good. They are made to order so it comes out very fresh and hot. I love their dipping sauce that it comes with. I tried the Cuban coffee, it was fine, a little watered down for me but I think next time I will try it with condensed milk. The interior is very cute and the shop was very clean. I had this place on my "want to try" for a long time and I finally had free time this morning to try it. They are hard at work behind the counter. I looked at the breakfast menu and immediately chose a Chorizo Burrito. The place was busy, I showed up at 10:30 on a rainy Saturday. The worker took my order, I got my number and took a seat. They took a little while to make it but later on I found out that there was much care and love that went into my meal. The burrito came with chips. I brought in my own coffee and water from home but will definitely have to try their coffee in the future. I also did not even try their empanadas or tacos. The burrito was so good. It also came with a sauce that went very well with it. Freshly made and hot. It's nice to indulge every once in a while. The restroom was clean and nice. Always a plus. read more

Went back and had one of the speciality lattes and it was fantastic! The chicken empanadas were also delicious. I think the menu is pricey but I haven't tried anything that wasn't very tasty. was a great place to work remotely for a few hours while supporting local business. read more

We ordered their monthly special White Lotus latte....it was heavenly. Coconut and caramel go perfectly together in an iced latte! We also had the tostadas and abuelita's plate. A Smyrna landmark! I have not been in since about a year ago. And OMG this place looks so different. They seemed to have gone through a bit of renovations. Me and a friend had our monthly book discussion here and we couldn't have picked a better location. The food and beverages are still just as delectable. I chose the loaded sunrise and a masala chai with a honey lemonade matcha to-go. The loaded sunrise was an amazing start to my day. Everything on the plate was delicious and the mango jam was a perfect touch. Also the portions are huge so come hungry. Very disappointing experience at Bella Vista Coffee Shop today. I've been ordering lunch from here about once a month and the food is always good, but the customer service I received today completely ruined it. I walked in and stood at the counter while being clearly noticed, yet was ignored. When I was finally acknowledged, the woman helping me (who seemed like the owner) had an attitude from the start and was outright rude for no reason. There was zero effort to be welcoming or even polite. I don't expect over-the-top service, but basic respect should be the minimum. Because of this interaction alone, I won't be coming back. Bella Vista is a fast-casual style coffee shop. The shredded beef empanadas were amazing and leaves you wanting more. There's plenty of indoor seating, a spot to play classic Nintendo video games, board games are provided towards the restrooms, restrooms are gender specific, and service was helpful but could be a tad better. I ordered a flavored iced coffee and empanadas. I'm raving about those empanadas but the two coffees ordered were more milk than anything. The portions are large, but my boyfriend cleaned his plate both times. Everything tasted fresh, and made with love! I ordered the loaded sunrise both times and my boyfriend ordered abuelitas way. You can't go wrong with either one. The red velvet iced latte was also a favorite among us.
