We have been using Welooti Taxi for several months now. We found them quite by accident. He gave us his business card after we complimented him on the great service (and tipped him, too). Since the driver lives close to us, he said he was able to get to us much quicker if we call him directly. After that, we never called the other taxi cab service directly again, because they had been jerking us around about pickup times, and leaving us waiting for hours even after we scheduled an appointment for a trip. After many trips of courteous, punctual, and overall-excellent service from our "private driver" (Welooti's owner); he mentioned that he wanted to start a web site for his own client base, because the taxi cab company he was contracted with wasn't keeping him busy enough. (And that's weird, since sometimes that other service won't even answer their phone.) Well, this was a match made in heaven, because web sites and social networking management is what WE DO. So the owner of Welooti Taxi, Mr. Sow, contracted us to build his business web site and Facebook business page. We couldn't be happier to help, because this is THE ONLY taxi cab service we will ever use in Cincinnati. After using many, Welooti Taxi is the only one that ever gave us consistently excellent service each and every time we called. And just so you know, Mr. Sow does have other excellent drivers committed to taking fares he cannot manage to take himself. And since he knows there's a terrible service problem with almost all of the other taxi companies in the city, he and his drivers are dedicated to giving you what you can't get from them....consistent excellent service every time you call. A poor excuse for a business…read more I've called towne on many occasions and honestly because it's the easiest to remember TT. Easy. Getting a cab? Not so easy. On special occasions the last thing you want to do is be late and frankly, lied too. I'd rather be told "hey listen we are really busy tonight, it's gonna be a half hour." Instead of "Taxi? Yeah, 5 minutes" every time I call! This must be a business model to take everyone that calls. I have no idea what's going on over there because I have only had one show up once, even after repeated calls. Very frustrating to be left high and dry. Do yourself a favor and download uber, lift, or call riverfront taxi. I'm not sure how much longer these guys are going to be around.

The person who picked up was extremely unprofessional; they don't ask for your number.. only your first name for their records. They also gave me attitude when I asked to make sure they knew where specifically to pick me up, stating defiantly that they knew where it was because they had the address, even though it was an apartment complex with several apartments. Overall, it was a reflection of a very poor, unprofessional, and unfriendly service.. I didn't want to go to bed at night worried that they'd be late provided other reviews and my own experience, especially when being on time is so crucial, so I ended up cancelling my reservation and looking elsewhere.

There was a driver (Gary) and a co-driver (Amy) in the passenger seat, which in itself was odd, but not too strange. What was very strange, however, was that the co-driver was drinking a beer. A 24 ounce can of Milwaukee's Best. Both the driver and the co-driver were either drunk, or high, or something. Honestly, we should have just gotten out of the cab, but we persevered. The driver picked us up and then went to our friend's house to pick them up. While waiting for them to come out, the co-driver got out of the cab and took my friend's newspaper, brought it back to the car, and started reading it. The ride to the bar had everyone on the edge of their seats. We barely stopped for several stop signs, we almost plowed into a group of stopped cars at a red light before the driver switched lanes to avoid a collision, we rode the curb and played chicken with several fire hydrants, but in the end, we made it. I'm unsure what else to say at this point. Other than I've never been so happy to get out of a vehicle in my life.
