I could have been told that Dr Rainwater didn't do annual Pap smears on women who are in menopause (56 yrs old) and I've had partial hysterectomy, I was told by Dr rainwater only if I'm having a problem do I need to make an appointment but I was told by my PCP to get one yearly since my PCP only did my Pap smear once and I'm assuming didn't want to do that any longer . Now AGAIN , I have to find a woman Dr and I refuse to see a Nurse Practitioner (no offense ). Good luck women and only gave a 2 star since staff was nice

I had a complete hysterectomy at 40 yrs. old and 20 years later ment no lady parts so I didn't need a health exam. she continued to say also she had to break water on two women that were waiting. Rude and Unprofessional. Researched, and even women that have had hysterectomies, need healthcare, and deserve respect. Rude and unprofessional (she could have just told me over the phone or said she was only interested in delivering not healthcare). My previous Doctor there, insisted I did need to get exams annually. I am changing to another healthcare facility.

My appointment day was April 14 during covid…read more I got ready, drove over there, paid money, then 5 minutes after appointment time the appointment was canceled due to emergency c-section. (I don't understand why doctors are on call and have clinic at the same time. Over a dozen doctors are in the office.) I did reschedule the appointment and they told me they would keep the money for the next appointment. I SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR THE REFUND because I'm having trouble getting my money back now. The office manager off so nothing can be done till they get back! What kind of operation is that? I left a message 3 weeks ago on April 28th with billing manager Mary Kay but she apparently didn't pass my request to office manager so now I have to wait till next week to talk to them. That will be a month. I need gas & groceries so this delay is not helpful.
