Atrocious front desk work. Front desk manager needs to be retrained on confirming insurance same with the receptionist. It's one thing to be new, but to have gone in and provided my insurance card already. Please get better at your job. To tell a patient insurance is inactive, toss my insurance card like it means nothing on the counter, and say you'll need to pay out of pocket. Not gonna fly on my watch. I needed help with paperwork and the staf refused and humiliated me because of my disability. Embarrassing.

Absolutely the rudest office staff I have ever encountered in any business. The office manager (Billy) needs to take a course in public relations, and manners. I was scheduled for an appointment for a device check, as well as an appointment with my primary physician on the same day. After going to the device clinic I was told I could not see my primary as my insurance company would not pay. I had previously got clearance from my insurance company with an assurance that both appointments would be paid for. I again called insurance company to verify coverage. Office manager rudely told my husband she didn't have time to be bothered by him, or talk to insurance company. Insurance company then called and received the same rude treatment. Needless to say insurance company is filing report with medicare, and I am contacting state health department report their actions. I will be finding a doctor with an office staff that isn't ignorant rude individuals. Hopefully others will follow and leave this practice. read more
