I recently purchased a home in west Conway and was in need of gutters. I had a referral from my Realtor and called them. Two weeks went by before I received a call back. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate. They showed up in an old beat up truck and I immediately saw how unprofessional they were. The estimate was written on a piece of paper he tore off of another page. Since I wanted multiple estimates, I went online and found Arkansas Roofing Kompany. I called and was able to set an appointment within the week. Eric and his associate, Matt, showed up on time, in a professional company truck, were neat and polite. They asked me to show them the front, back and sides of the house. Eric asked what my concerns were regarding drainage and I showed him. Eric explained the process, how they would be attached and where the drainpipes would go. I decided then and there that regardless of price, this is the company I wanted to use. Although they were a little higher that the previous company, I knew that this would be a professional job. They did require a 50% deposit up-front which was no big deal. Once the materials came in, and it stopped raining, they called to schedule the installation. I was away on a business trip when they came. The entire installation took about 5 hours and was completed above my expectations. Eric asked us about the location and length of the drain extensions. This was helpful because we are making some adjustments to our front entry so I'm glad he asked. When I returned, the gutters looked and function great! There was no evidence that they were here (no broken trees or plants) or any scrap materials left behind. Eric and Matt were true professionals and did an outstanding job. I will recommend Arkansas Roofing Kompany every chance I get and will use them for my roofing needs too when the need arises. You might find a cheaper estimate but you get what you pay for. Commercial building and my Home! Integrity, Honesty, Local, Best of Faulkner County, Best Price, Unbelievable clean up, Fixed what others couldn't. Absolutely the best decision for my commercial buildings. And they also just finished my home. My grandson has helped me with internet as I'm in my late 60's and we own many commercial buildings in Conway and Greenbrier. I called a fancy truck number I saw on the road and the sales person met me at the storage building where I had leaks on my flat roof. He was so pushy, I want to tell you the name of that company, but I won't. He strong armed me to sign. My husband called Arkansas Roofing Kompany same day, I didn't know he did. They met him and were 1/2 the quote from the other company and not only did a great new membrane TPO but also took care of leaks on my other building and they said it didn't need a completely new roof at this time. Guess what the other company I will call mr fancy truck) said it did. I have no more leaks even after this terrible rainy month. So happy with Tim and his staff that my house on Beaverfork Lake has a brand new Milarkey shingle roof. Looks so amazing. They were so clean and have a trailer that lifts up to my roof and collected all my shingles. Work was done in 2 days and my yard didn't even look like any one was there. But what a beautiful color and workmanship. They are the BEST company. I even went into their office on Hwy 65 and met with such sweet people. No wonder they won Best of Faulkner County! The most helpful - they came to the house when I was available to walk through the entire process of re-roofing. They explained the problems, they showed me the pitch of the roof, and basically explained the entire bidding process as well. After talking with Arkansas Roofing Kompany, I understood the language of roof replacement enough to talk intelligently with my insurance adjuster and was able to get more done that I would not have known to request. It was successful and will probably last longer because they helped me understand what had been assessed, what else needed to be done and why, and how to speak to the adjuster about it. We used them after getting a referral from our contractor who was great. We figured if he is this good then they must be as well. Boy, were they. The crew showed up on time and ready to work.
