I knew I had done my homework in choosing these guys to represent me in this case involving a personal injury. 2). They came highly recommended by people who live in NW Arkansas (I happen to live on a farm in North Central Arkansas and have never needed legal counsel). 3). They are a class organization. The 1st time I met Rick Elliott, he was very personable and concerned about what had happened to me when I was rear ended by a third time convicted DUI driver that had left the scene of the accident. Rick was on top of this case. We kept in touch only when items arose that needed to be addressed. Our first meeting was great! Alisa sounded like she knew what she was doing and asked a lot of good questions. That was basically the last we heard from her. She did finish the 2 individual returns, but, as far as we can tell did absolutely nothing, save file an extension, for the company. No emails or phone calls were answered or replied to. Sat in her office one day until she made time, and was assured that we were close. Sent an email last week stating her/their services are no longer needed....and still didn't hear anything in reply. We really wanted to like them and use them going forward, but .... I'm certainly glad to hear that someone there responds and gets things done, however, I could not recommend and would suggest not even making the initial phone call....
