He doesn't let you finish talking and just makes assumptions about what you're going to say, which I think is probably a bad quality to have as a lawyer. If I hire someone to represent me I want them to be cool headed and think about what they're saying or doing. So in the interest of ensuring people get good representation I think its important I share my experience with him. As I was detailing a single moment out of a long list of ones to him he impatiently told me they wouldn't give counsel on that incident. As I asked him to please let me finish so I could tell him it was not only one single incident but some several, one with thousands of damage, he cut me off and told me I should find a different law firm. I wonder if his partners know this is how he treats potential new clients.

She obtained and attorney to get visitation and an attorney ad litem, Dana Watson, was assigned for the grandchild. Dana Watson took our money and we never heard from her. She spoke with multiple members of the other side of the case and did not speak to a single one of my sister's witness' and she only spoke with my sister ONE time. Then at the end of the case she billed for additional fees and all other parties got the notice on the date she sent it and my sister was never informed until 2 weeks later. All the additional fees were from the interviews from the other side. Dana Watson did a ONE SIDED case review and does not care about the truth surrounding the child involved. She is a poor excuse for an ad litem for a child and I would NEVER, EVER, recommend her. STAY AWAY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. I agree with one of the other reviews... she considers you guilty until she can either prove you guilty or she doesn't even bother to get your side of the story and leaves you out of the case all together. Of course except for the billing.... she is ALL about the MONEY!

She is completely one sided and does not consider men as a whole to be appropriate parents. She also only interviewed 1 of 4 of my children. She also prepared the lazy filthy ex of her 'suprise' home visit. While I was on the phone with my ex, she informed me she had to go, because Dana was scheduling a home visit. Not only did Dana use misinformation she did little to no investigation before deeming the ex more fit as custodial parent. She did, however interrogate me like a criminal and dismissed all concerns I had for my children. I would never advise Dana Watson to ever be used for an attorney as litem.
