I received treatment from Dr. Ngyuen for skin cancer. He performed two Mohs surgeries. One on my back is still healing after 10 months. I was charged with procedures that were not performed. I contested charges for procedures not provided with negative results. I was provided with questionable lab results.Last one concerning an alleged squamous cell on my left hand with recommended third Mohs. There was no cancer.
