They lasted between 6 week to 2 months in total; meaning, 6 weeks before some shedding of the eyelashes happened. It was very helpful because during my trip I didn't have to worry about putting on makeup at all. I was so delighted with the work on my eyebrows that I went back to get them done again. I let them know I'd taken off of work early and was already on the way almost and they just said they were closed and I could reschedule when it was convenient. I was referred by a friend so decided to give it another chance... My next appointment they were there but they were 'out of dysport' so used Botox and they told me it was Botox when I went to pay and it was twice as much, but Botox doesn't work on me for some reason that's why I asked for dysport.... I ended up having to go back for dysport. She didn't charge me for it, but also didn't do all the areas I'd previously paid for Botox on. (Botox is more than twice the price of dysport) Most recently I booked an appointment and was once again 5 minutes away in my Uber and got a text saying they forgot my appointment I had just made earlier the same day, and I'd need to come back tomorrow.. So once again, I wasted my time and money attempting to use this service provider. All in all my experiences with this business have been a huge waste of time and money. I recommend seek out a professional who treats their business seriously and go there.

Nhi (Mia) gives me the exact look I ask for which is so important bc many techs go overboard since they're used to a certain look. I personally like a more natural look with the classic set and she does it so beautifully! You can see from other pictures though that she's also great at more dramatic looks too! I was also shocked the first time I got a fill, It's pretty standard for technicians to stick to a certain time-frame when doing your lashes so if they don't get to them all you just don't have a complete/full set. When arrived, she greeted me nicely and asked for me to sit down. She put a throw blanket on me since it was a little chilly coming from outside. I have never had my lashes done on a recliner chair before! This was the first, and I was very comfortable! All the lash places I have ever been to have clients lay on the foldable beds with a pillow to prop up your legs. It causes my lower back to hurt. But here, Mia has definitely put her clients first and giving them the most comfortable experience ever! She was very quiet, but sweet and pleasant. Delicate hands that create such beautiful work!
