They are such kind and thoughtful professionals, and Dr Verma explained every step and why it was necessary. They also send a follow up letter to your primary - which they cc you on! Novel concept! - to explain exactly what they did. If you have to have a root canal, this is the place to do it.

I felt like he would have spent an hour answering my questions prior to and after the procedure if I continued, but all in, he made no assumptions on my knowledge and both he and his assistant were operating at an extremely well choreographed level that made it clear they knew what they were doing and never rushed. A place I don't really want to have to come back to... but if I need to, it would certainly be here with this Endo.

The two other dentists that saw the work that was done both claimed that the dentists here are negligent. Standard root canal procedure was not followed including- -Cementing my crowns so that they connected my two molars so I could not properly chew or move them and also causing cavities. -Not properly polishing after the root canal leading to food getting easily caught and causing large build ups of tartar. -Unnecessarily incredible painful drilling that lasted 2 hours + for one root canal. The numbing agent barely worked. I asked for more but it barely numbed. -They did not isolate the tooth when doing a root canal, which is against root canal procedure. -Either they did the root canal on the wrong tooth or they failed to see the tooth next to it also desperately needed a root canal I do not write this review lightly. My Experience With This Practice…read more Dr. Amir was the surgeon who performed my wisdom tooth procedure. I had all four of my wisdom teeth scheduled to be removed at this practice. I paid for all four extractions, and my insurance was also billed for all four. I also paid the required copay for each tooth. I underwent general anesthesia and went through the recovery and pain believing that all four teeth had been removed. After the procedure, I was told by Dr. Amir and the staff that the procedure had been completed. At my follow-up appointment, I was again led to believe that everything had been taken care of. Later, I visited my general dentist, who took X-rays and informed me that one of my wisdom teeth was still present and had not been removed. I returned to the practice and brought this to Dr. Amir's attention. He apologized and asked me to contact the staff regarding a resolution. After contacting the staff, I was reimbursed only the $136 copay associated with the tooth that had not been removed. What makes this even more frustrating is that because of this mishap, I now have to go through another extraction and another round of recovery, pain, and inconvenience--something I should not have had to go through if the procedure had been completed correctly the first time. My concern is that I was charged for a procedure that was not fully performed, my insurance was billed for all four teeth, and I was not informed that one tooth remained until my general dentist discovered it through X-rays. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled, particularly because I underwent general anesthesia and the risks and recovery associated with the procedure based on the understanding that all four teeth were being removed

My son was referred to this practice by our regular dentist; it took a while for this office to…read moreverify the insurance and it seemed to be questionable whether or not I would have to pay for the consultation because they didn't communicate very well about the insurance verifications. We showed up for the consultation appointment and waited for almost an hour to be seen; when we go back, the dentist was looking at 2 yr old xrays and I had to point that fact out to him because he couldn't read the date...which i though was kind of a red flag, pink it least. So, they do updated xrays and we move forward with the consultation and I schedule an appt to get my sons wisdom teeth removed. The appointment was scheduled more than 30 days out... the evening before the appointment on June 6, 2025, I received a call saying the insurance was still not confirmed and unless i wanted to pay out of pocket, they would have to reschedule the appointment. I asked them to call me back to schedule once they verify insurance. This place NEVER called back. What I have received, 2 billings for $10.93 with no indication why i was billed. I get it it's $10.93, it least its not $110.93. I paid this a month ago because I realize this place is not good and I just want them to go away. Today, August 1, 2025, I received the same billing for $10.93. I called at 330pm on a Friday and the office is closed, but the office hours are listed to be open til 430pm. The point in all this is, don't waste your time with this practice, find a better place for you or your family member to be put under and have someone cutting into your mouths.
