When I arrived, I found out that they are under new ownership, but the new owners have actually worked here for years while it was under the old ownership. My husband and I are a tough sale (we have been to a few different places before), and we are so impressed with the people here: friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and energetic. They did such a great job with our baby, and they were so helpful when it came time to choose our package. We will be coming back, and we will be recommending them to friends and family, as well. 1. Prices are beyond reasonable, and they don't try to up-sell you like other studios (like JCPenney). 2. The selection/options were fantastic. They have a ton of backgrounds and props. They were very creative with posing our baby. 3. The shoot is enjoyable. They don't rush you like other studios. They give your baby a lot of personalized attention, and you can tell that they care. 4. They are skilled. Our baby does not have a tremendous range when it comes to facial expressions, but they captured every bit of animation our baby showed. They got her to hold positions that I didn't think she could hold, and they maximized the time they had. Best baby photo experience we've had!

Our second session could have easily been a challenge because our son hadn't napped that day and anyone with a toddler knows how unpredictable a no-nap toddler can be! Somehow, you would never know it from looking at our gallery. She captured so many genuine smiles and sweet moments and had so many little tricks up her sleeve to keep him engaged, comfortable, and happy throughout the session. She was incredibly patient with him and never made us feel rushed or stressed. Seeing the final photos, I was honestly amazed at how many beautiful moments she was able to capture. The photos themselves are absolutely beautiful and feel so natural, warm, and true to our family. What stood out to me even more was how kind and respectful she was when I mentioned that we've become much more private about sharing our son online and no longer post his face on social media. She was completely understanding about keeping our new photos private, and she even went back and removed older photos she had previously shared of him without me ever asking her to do so. That gesture genuinely meant so much to me and spoke volumes about the kind of person and professional she is. It's one thing to find a talented photographer, but it's another to find someone who is wonderful with your child, captures your family so beautifully, and makes you feel like your boundaries and wishes truly matter. We trust her with some of our most meaningful memories and are so grateful to have these photos to look back on. I cannot recommend her enough. We did my daughter's first birthday cake smash photos along with a mommy and me session, and Cristal was amazing from beginning to end. She was so patient, caring, and sweet with my daughter, even during the moments when she wasn't feeling her best or didn't want to cooperate. She even put on some of her favorite songs to help keep her happy and her mood up during certain shots, which I really appreciated. During the session, I honestly thought we weren't going to have many good pictures because my daughter was having her moments, but when I saw the final photos, I was absolutely IN LOVE! You would never be able to tell from the pictures that she wasn't cooperating the entire time. Cristal captured the love between my daughter and me so beautifully during our mommy and me photos, and for her cake smash, she captured her goofy little personality perfectly. The pictures truly feel like her, which makes them even more special to me. I also loved how easy Cristal made the entire experience. She supplied the cake and brought the whimsical theme I had envisioned for the cake smash to life perfectly. It was so helpful being able to just show up ready to take pictures without having to worry about putting everything together myself. Even after the session, she took her time going through the photos with me and helping me choose the best ones.
