They gave us all champagne and made us all feel celebrated and special. It was so special, I still remember it so vividly. 10 years later, I walked in with my 4 year old daughter. She wanted to see where I got my wedding dress. I told them I shopped there before and my daughter just wanted to look at the dress near the door. They greeted us warmly and invited us to look around! I was shocked they did that. After a while, the girl came by to check on us. She asked my daughter who her favorite Disney princess is and then showed her to all the Disney princess inspired dresses. She pulled out the Jasmine one for her to see. My daughter was so excited! I am on the Reunion Committee for my 50th high school class reunion. We have a very limited budget and Reunion Photographers' business model was perfect for us! Dane hires the local photographer (mine is in NJ) for free, who takes pictures of each person or couple individually just before they walk into the event. Then he/she also takes candids during the reunion. A week or so later, just like a wedding, they send each attendees proofs of the photos so you can pick the ones you want! You only pay for the ones you want! They also make a CD you can buy with all the pictures from the reunion. Additionally, we are having them make our name badges. They make a copy of all the classmates in our yearbook. They put the person's picture, name, school and its logo! How cool is that! Finally, we had them make copies of other photos in the yearbook -- sports, clubs, theatrical productions -- to hang up at each table. The price for the name badges and activities photos was perfect for our budget. I LOVE Reunion Photographers!

On my last update I gave Dane the benefit of the doubt as he had finally replied to my emails. What I haven't written is that he only replied by email right after seeing my first review on Yelp. So why was he ignoring my calls and emails before that? His reply was rude and indicated he had no reason to help me after the review I had posted. I wrote back to say I could change my review if he honored his business obligation to me when he cashed my check. And now the ball was in his court. I've been waiting a long time. I finally enlisted the help of our committee chairman. Ultimately I received, from her not Dane the reunion memory book. At first he replied to her but then he ignored her also. He never sent my individual photos to choose one for the portrait picture so I never received the portrait. Also never received the CD or thumb drive of all other photographs taken during the evening. I have no idea to this day why he chose to do this. It takes a lot to get me upset enough to write something negative about someone. It was a wonderful evening with old classmates. Unfortunately now when I think of it I feel hurt and angry. He is unreliable and inconsiderate. I would never treat my customers the way he has treated me. I wouldn't refer anyone to his business if he was the last photography company on earth!
