I ordered Custom T-Shirts for my side business and loved the experience and product so much, I decided to order hats. The pricing options are quite reasonable if you are going to order around 100 pieces. I consider the following in my opinion; local business, turn around time and quality of material and printing. They have a cute location and friendly/nice staff, there to support your needs, whether they are your direct consultant or the person there covering. They have samples in the waiting lobby entrance area, where you can feel the quality of the different shirts and hat options. They also indicate whether they have a special deal happening with different product lines. For hats, we had. specific style in mind, even though they had recommended what is most popular with local craft breweries in the area, we found a fitted flex cap that was more of the quality and style we were looking for. The price point was a little higher, but I thought it was worth the upgrade. It was so last minute and so specialized, and initially the owner was not encouraging that it was possible to do. However, as I explained the situation he helped me pick out the design I needed. He was not sure it could be completed in time for graduation, but I received a call a few hours later that it was done! I cannot describe how beautiful the embroidery was and how much it meant to be able to give it to my granddaughter. She loved it and I'm sure she will love it for years to come.
