Most notably, Sue and Teddy's Tees went above and beyond this year when our t-shirt order needed to be adjusted due to an error that we made with our original proof. When one of our interns at the program made a small mistake with the final proof for the t-shirt, Sue and Teddy's Tees did not make a big deal about the problem, despite the responsibility of the error falling squarely on our shoulders: we had made a mistake with the original proof, the shirts had been printed, and the error was clearly our fault (and not Teddy's Tees's fault). In fact, Sue and Teddy's Tees offered to reprint the shirts, fixing our mistake, and helping to ensure that all of our students would be happy and satisfied with the final product. Since it was my first business, I had never made cards before and didn't know what to expect... Overall I liked my cards he designed and they were delivered when he said they would be, but - Since then I have ordered other cards from other businesses. I was WAY over charged. I don't know if it was because I was young and he knew I didn't know any better, or if his prices are just that much higher. My second complaint was the cards. They came in two boxes. They were delivered at the same time and kept in the same office in a dry spot. For whatever reason on the second box, almost 3/4 of the cards stuck together on one end. When I pulled them apart it would leave a white spot down the edge. It looked awful and unprofessional, but I had paid so much money for them, I couldn't throw them away. I am in the middle about this place. He was nice and easy to work with, but I think they are super expensive and the final product was sub-par. I have bought my business cards else where since.

I put it on the back burner until Dan came in for a coffee and sandwich and we got to talking. He didn't approach me like a sales man but he was good to his word to come back with a sample of shirts. He gave me a rough quote before he left and was totally honest which I was impressed by being a business owner. After a few style changes and mock up samples emailed over we rolled with production and BAM, not even a week later I had them available to wear and sell. These guys know how to do business and after a few washes they still fit the same without any ware or stress in the printing. I'm looking forward to continuing all my print needs with these awesome fellas.

A prime example of his customer-first outlook came recently in an order for frisbees for summer giveaways. Gus is in business to make money and I'm sure wanted this job, but he told us that all his suppliers had either massive shipping or tariff expenses we'd have to pay. He recommended another company that had free shipping, changing the project from out-of-the-ballpark to easily done. Yes, he lost this project, but you can bet we'll be back to see him on our next one because we KNOW we're dealing with someone on our side. That's worth an awful lot, so thank you Gus!
