When it was done, it would be sent to him at college-states away. Upon receipt of suit- was still too big and had to find an alteration place near his school as there was not enough time to be sent back & await further delays before he had to fly to wedding. Over $1K for this suit from a mom that is not wealthy but wanted him to have a quality suit, which was a rite of passage as this would be his first wedding attendance, would be using suit for interviews in a few months and was my last big thing I could do for him since his dad died. Has not been used since that cousins wedding. Fast forward 4 years and now he and fiance planning own wedding and has BIG trepidation over the whole suit debacle.

She allowed me to look through the bin of items they planned to take, but again I couldn't hear her clearly. She said not to mess up the order, but because she was speaking so quietly and unclearly, I started picking up the items I was agreeing to sell before signing off. She rolled her eyes, was passive-aggressive, and repeated that I shouldn't "mess up the order." I've been to many locations before, but this was the rudest and most unprofessional service I've experienced.
