I immediately booked it over as I needed a very specific consultation -- felting with my doggo's fur. I had my samples and the needle I was using and although they didn't have experience with dog fur they immediately diagnosed the problem with my needle not being a true felting needle. They have samples in the waiting lobby entrance area, where you can feel the quality of the different shirts and hat options. They also indicate whether they have a special deal happening with different product lines. For hats, we had. specific style in mind, even though they had recommended what is most popular with local craft breweries in the area, we found a fitted flex cap that was more of the quality and style we were looking for.
