I suspect that the windshield has not been positioned properly. Everytime the car goes over a porthole, the windshield squeaks. 2) My rain sensor stopped working. After getting it checked at my car mechanic, I found out that glass doctor forgot to put a jell pad that goes between the windshiled and the rain sensor. Not sure how they can make such a mistake. I haven't got back to them for the squeaky noise, will give additional comments about the revisit experience.

This company through…read moreincomplete install caused water leaks through my window frames in my great room that I never had before and caused water stain damage to my expensive silhouette blinds and then they refused to fix it by trying to blame it on me. I had 13 window insert replacement done and a glass shower door install. The measurement on the first shower door that came was wrong and I had to wait days for the replacement which then ended up coming late that day due to incorrect shipment logistics from their store (it was heading to Ottawa and I'm in Toronto) . They also re and re'd my window inserts and did not silicon the corners causing water to pour in on the first big rain fall. They realized their fault and came out a couple days later to caulk the corners. Meanwhile they never chose to address what would happen with all the water that ran down my blinds. I videoed the water flow the day of the rainfall and you can see it running through my blinds. There are now light brown stains in the corner of my blinds and when I called them about it they blatantly chose to say I caused it....shameful business practice Colleen.

Bill and Cam just installed another shower door which fits and works perfectly. They came out on the day we had arranged, called ahead of arrival, came on time, and completed the job which looks great! We were very happy that they also were able to adjust a shower door previously installed. We are very happy with the service, professionalism and warranty they provide Glass Doctor of Barrie provided. They are reasonably priced. They were on time, respectful of our home, and cleaned up everything to perfect condition. It took 6 days from initial contact to project completion. Unreal. I have used the Barrie location for home and auto glass replacements and very much recommend them. When you are spending a lot of money, it's nice to get a great job done.
