For example, window sills not wiped out, beds made up lumpy, tops of the fridge and bookshelves ignored, toilet tanks not wiped down etc. While the owner is very nice, I believe he tries to fit too many houses into one day. My visit today lasted one hour and 10 minutes for a three bedroom two bath house. You can imagine in that amount of time what was overlooked. The area reeked of chemicals for days. I still feel awful for all of the chipmunks, shrews, and birds that likely died as a result- they nest along my driveway. When I went around back, I saw that when cleaning the siding, they'd blown mud/muddy water into my screened-in porch. There was an inch of mud on the carpet and the drapes were soaked in mud. I had to steam clean everything and bring the drapes to the cleaners for $150. It gets worse. Because I was having a graduation party and people in town, I asked they they pressure wash my outdoor furniture. You'd think they'd be pros, and not just blast everything. Nope. A $700 set of teak chairs was completely destroyed. I contacted the owner and asked for a partial refund. I should've asked for a full refund but I wanted to be kind. He instead offered to come pick up the chairs and refinish them. He said he'd be out there the next day. He never came. Cue 15 guests and me having to buy new chairs. I spoke with the owner again several times and tried to work with him. He said he was ill, and I feel badly about that. But at the end of the day, you own a business and need to take the right steps to rectify damage caused. I do NOT recommend using this company, and it's a shame.

This was for my salon which I had them clean the, floors, windows, cabinets, extra.....I set specific expectations up front because when it comes to a salon everything needs to be clean at the end of the day and I made sure the cleaning service knew what they were getting into prior to the job. I didn't box them into a rushed time schedule and in the end, I got the detailed cleaning service that I needed. It showed that the cleaning team worked very hard to get the results I needed.
