He showed up in the…read moreafternoon for the drone photos, and despite our asking for a few photos that showcase the front/rear elevation (25-30' up) up we only received very high flyover photos. He completely ignored our requests. He was due back that evening for a twilight photo shoot. He told us he would be be there at 8:20, which we said would be too late to capture the interior. He disagreed and ended up showing up just after 8:30. Needless to say, he was in a total rush, and even through he brought a second photographer many of the photos ended up wth glare/reflection in the windows due to the darkness outside. The framing of the photos was very disappointing and did not capture either the architectural design of the home, the high end finishes, or the outstanding views. When I called to discuss, JP was very defensive, stated that I was not his client (since it was my agent that had hired him), and that he would come work with me directly (and charge me another $120 for an hour) if I wanted a "personal session". If I had any hope that he would have taken our feedback, been able to work towards a high quality shoot, and deliver the marketing photos we needed, I would have gladly spent another $120 with him. Instead, after arguing with him over 2 phone calls, I cut my losses and we're hiring someone else that can shoot and treat their clients professionally. Perhaps your experience will be better, but we are very disappointed.

Johnny set up an appointment for myself and my colleagues to get head shots taken this past weekend. I wasn't sure what to expect or even what to wear. He made recommendations on the style of clothing, color based on our individual complexions, and pattern on the material. He even suggested we bring multiple blouses to have options for the shoot. The whole shoot (for me) literally look probably not more than 10 minutes. Johnny was great and funny and made me completely relaxed through the process.
