Issues included one of the three main elevators being out of service for our entire stay, unhygienic conditions in the garbage and laundry rooms, significant peeling wallpaper, and stained common area carpeting. This 24-story high-rise has immense potential, but the current state of the facilities is unacceptable and did not meet our high expectations.
