They presented an endless string of convoluted and ever-changing moving targets to apply and qualify for apartments. They usually immediately responded to an initial inquiry which was typically followed by the question, "What is your maximum budget?" It seemed as if the available apartment was posted to bait one into reaching out to them. However, any subsequent response appeared dependent on the "maximum budget." That is, if yours was not the highest for which they received then they would never respond to you. On the other hand, Jordyn listened carefully to my requirements, was sensitive to my needs, and forwarded a half dozen apartment options within hours of our first conversation. All of Jordyn's options met my criteria and were better than the ones I had targeted prior to working with her. Once I identified my top choice, Jordyn walked me through the leasing and qualifying process. She metaphorically held my hand through all of the hiccups and curveballs.
