It was so nice this weekend, and we live soooooooo close, that the 'Gods of Chlorine' finally lured us over there, and we were not disappointed (except when the crowds finally thinned, but it was "everyone out of the pool" @ 6:45 for a 7pm closing...)!!! Not half bad, when your only "complaint" is you wish they could stay open later...!! There's something for everyone here, from "diaper dippers" upward to Seniors (I think there's a pretty good "aqua fitness" class offering mornings; check their website: http://ntprdsplashzone.phantomgolf.com/. I wish they had more evening hours, and stayed open past mid-late August (unbelievable that most pools close here in Ohioooooo WELL before Labor Day, aka The HOTTEST PART OF THE SUMMER...!!) but I guess there's a lifeguard shortage once kids go back to school. There are three slides, a short lazy river, kids play area, diving board and a lap pool. Something for everybody. There's plenty of space to spread out a blanket. Many lounge chairs are provided but it can be hard to get one if it's busy. Visitors may also bring their own chairs. Admission for adults is seven dollars. This place has a lot of rules and it was confusing as a first time visitor. Listen carefully to the announcements. I wish the regular pool area was larger, there's not a ton of room to move around. It would be nice if there was more landscaping too. The grass is beautiful, but more trees and plants would be great. I added a star because of the '80s music they were playing. No other form of music is more appropriate for summertime pool activities. Lots of fun.

Sycamore Trails Aquatic Center is a blast. We came here for a private event and my family…read morethoroughly enjoyed themselves. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet and well maintained. Not only does the center have a great pool but also 2 water slides, diving board, a splash area, and water rock climbing wall. The different areas of the pool is divided by water ropes and there are lifeguards assigned to each area to ensure the safety of patrons. There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas if you want to read or take a cat nap while there. There is a picnic area and also a small playground and sand volleyball if that tickles your fancy. The bathrooms were spotless and had showers and changing areas. Due to the event being private we had catered food but there is a concession stand to buy snacks and food while at the center if need be. This is a great place to bring the whole family for water fun!

Maybe going during the middle of the week when people are at work helped. My kids loved the big pool area with all the fun tools and toys. They also likes the slide, but I would suggest they have a lifeguard who is comfort with kids and telling them to get in line be there because the poor kid who was there was not at all. I thought the price was good for non-residents. A little high, but I get it. I liked that they didn't care about you bringing food in and had plenty of grass, shaded spots to sit with my kids. We had a really great time and will come back again next summer!

We absolutely love KFSC. We have been coming here since C was 8 months old. Honestly, he has done…read morenothing but flourish and his fine and gross motor skills. He also gets great social interactions with the other children and have developed friendships. C is 18 months old. He can do many things that I think that really contributed to the success and guidance he has received from his teachers here at the center. Overall, the center is very clean, safe, and morale is crazy good here. You can tell that they have a great team and everybody is always positive and helpful. They're very caring and very safe with your children. I recommend to everyone to come here with your children. They have activities for your crawling baby all the way to swim, and gymnastics. You can't go wrong here, for sure.

Service was awesome, even when they are slammed. The kitchen can turn those orders so wait is kept as short as possible. This place has tons of parking which is free. The pricing for mini golf was really good better than anywhere else - unlimited and two different 18-hole courses (I will say the courses itself could use an upgrade - new paint or adding some objects to the course to make the established holes a bit more challenging. We paid 9 dollars per person. The driving range was also pretty cheap for buckets of balls - it would be a fun afternoon to bring the dads for driving range, the kids for mini golf and the moms can eat food and hang or enjoy the range as well. The food looked good, but we did not partake - the drinks were decently well priced - a can of beer 3.50 - a sway was 6 bucks. They have free concerts every now and then at their art installation, which is pretty cool, I also think it's cool how they do 5 buck Mondays. The staff was nice enough, my only complaint is the grass was a little overgrown, so we got ate up with chiggers and skeeters.
