When we decided to sell our house in Woodland Hills after living in it for 16 years, we interviewed five real estate agents who specialized in our area. All of them were experienced, successful, easy to talk to, and had very impressive sales plans. Although we liked all of them, we knew that Armen was going to be THE one. He had a clear vision of how he would market our house to bring us the highest price. In 2009 I asked Armen to assist my family in finding a house in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles. The price of homes had dropped and the interest rates were low. However, even though there was a good inventory of homes available for sale, many investors were buying the homes in my price range as quickly as they became available. Armen quickly went to work for us and on weekly basis arranged for potential home viewings. We were impressed by his ability to quickly understand our needs and focus his efforts on showing us properties that had a high chance of being liked by us. As a result we were able to write several offers within a couple of months. Unfortunately , because it was a buyers market all properties had multiple offers and it was very difficult to win a bid.
