Their concierge service is made up of a team of people who each cover a different area of Los Angeles. For the area I was looking in, I was assigned a terrific, friendly dynamo named Itza Campos. She took great care of me every step of the way, serving as a sounding board (and even a therapist at times, lol) as we considered various apartments, before landing on just the right one. It was a true pleasure working with her and I really can't thank her enough for all the help she gave me! TRG concierge service isn't inexpensive -- it's equal to the price of one month's rent on your new apartment -- but I have to say that I consider it money VERY well-spent. I remember before we bid on that house, Dale positioned our expectations accordingly. "They're listing it low to spark a bidding war. This house could jump substantially."
