The coach I was paired with was super sweet, and a good person- but she was not the kind of coach I needed or was looking for. She lacked experience, so it's not really her fault. The course was just really expensive and I definitely didn't gain anything from the experience. Was overpriced, overhyped, and upsetting to be quite honest. I feel bad for leaving this review- but I deserve better than what I got. The cost was $600 for four 45-minute sessions.

I had never been hypnotized before and was concerned I wouldn't be able to achieve a hypnotic state. Susan explained the process, and with her soothing voice guiding me, I slowly drifted under, letting my subconscious mind lead me to memories I didn't realize were still causing me distress. I was able to release many of these negative emotions, and even "felt" my grandfather's presence, assuring me everything would be all right.
