She spent the time to actually go through the client info form I filled out and asked me questions about my lifestyle and concerns that most people don't bother to ask. I have been going to Sagely Willow every week for over six months now. I can't say enough great things about the spa. Their office is run perfectly. The office manager is excellent and and she makes it very easy to get an appointment that you like or change to a different time when needed without any problems. Their staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. I have had several types of treatments there from many different therapists and I have to say that they are all excellent in their own way. They also have many outside people come in the evenings and weekends and they do all kinds of workshops which are very interesting. The atmosphere is very warm and relaxing. I've had numerous rounds of bodywork done by Sage. Sage is a master at his craft. His skill, attention to detail, and compassion oozes from him. Getting a massage from him is a true experience. Between all of the techniques, tools, and energy work he does, you leave feeling at peace, rejuvenated and healed. I went to him once about a severe neck pain, not only did he take the pain down from a 10 to a 3, but he could tell exactly what it was I was doing in my day to day life that was causing me the pain. I absolutely love Sage and refer all of my friends to him, a girlfriend came into town from Michigan & raved about her massage after she went to him too. A truly unique and amazing massage. I was fortunate to get a massage with the owner, Sage, during a recent visit. I had soreness in my entire lower body due to running daily and really needed relief. The integrative approach is outstanding. I have had many massages and never experienced anything like Sagely Willow. Sage incorporated Thai massage, deep tissue, and used electric devices that vibrated and helped release old adhesions, knots in my shoulders. The massage left me feeling transformed. When I arrived everyone was very calm and incredibly nice to me. They offered me a great foot massage device while I waited for my therapist, Allison She was amazing. She worked on my trouble areas. I love this place! I've gone here 3 times for a massage during my pregnancy and every time I have such a great experience. Matt is so gentle and amazing at what he does. I had an anxiety attack my second session and he guided me through and really helped create a peaceful experience for me. Laura is so sweet and even lent me a foam block to help me sleep when I told her I was having trouble sleeping through my 3rd trimester. It was also my first session with Matt, but I have to say it was my best on yet. Matt took extra time to get to know my areas of concern, strength and just plain-old tight/sore spots. First off...I've had a lot of massages! This is my first time at Sagely Willow and it was wonderful. I had the buff and Thai massage with Joseph. It was so cool. He combines all sorts of techniques to really get into the muscle, first relaxing it with the buffer machine. I've had a chronic hip problem with sciatic nerve pain.
