He found that the capacitor was bad for the unit. He replaced it and it works great. My only problem with the whole experience was the price. They charged 79 dollars to just come out and diagnose the problem and charged over 200 dollars to replace the capacitor, which took 2 minutes to replace. My total bill was over 300 dollars. After the fact I found the capacitor was sold at the local hardware store For 30 dollars. Much cheaper id tou can do it yourself. If the fan isn't turning or it's not blowing cool air, it's probably the capacitor. Fyi
