I paid $76.89 for 3 kids, 4 adults, 2 cold bottled waters, and a Gatorade. We could only have maximum 4 per group, so my brother got talked into playing with the kids. Hallelujah! Lol. We laughed hysterically. Had a sudden torrential downpour of rain fall on us. It lasted maybe 2 minutes. Played the entire course with no more issues and most of the slow pokes ahead of us seemed to move on or skipped ahead. There were hardly any flags placed in the holes. Do folks not know what to do? The youngsters running the place on 6.20.2025 were nice and respectful. The main downfall for me were the lone women's restroom - they just weren't all that clean and needed remodeling.

By the way- you may get paired with other people. Each reservation holds 8 or so, so if you don't reserve all of the spots, other people may. They change up the rooms and get rid of old ones after a while, so keep coming back for new escapes and don't miss the current ones!

I see a few reviews with very small groups, not sure why 9 of us were squeezed in at once. The family of 4 that joined us was very domineering and fancied themselves to be genius's...the irony is that all their empty logic failed to solve any puzzles, and they just wasted a lot of our time. "Debbie" thought she was at a mom party or something and would try to assign tasks to us, lol. Her kids were fighting over who got to do what and legit would try to run to the next task when we solved a puzzle, they even tried to take things out of our hand a few times...these were teenagers not small children, lol. Ugh. I would pay the $25 per person- sh!t, I would pay extra NOT to have to be paired with another group. I would recommend either making sure your group is limited to just your people, or coming with a large enough group to fill whatever the max people per room is. Otherwise you may get a Debbie and end up paying $125 to watch her family make zero sense as you cringe because they ignore logical suggestions. Cool idea for family fun and super nice staff though.

From an animal and setting standpoint, everything looked great. Unfortunately, the guide's demeanor took away from what should have been a fun and relaxing ride. When we arrived and paid (nearly $300 for two people), she made a comment about having "seen crumpled one-dollar bills before but never hundreds," which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Throughout the ride, she micromanaged constantly despite us following instructions and staying behind her horse the entire time. At the end of the ride, when I said thank you, she commented that it looked like my shorts were undone. They were slightly baggy Levi shorts -- that's the style -- and they were clearly not undone. When I calmly said, "No, they're just baggy," she turned to the other attendants as we were walking out and asked them to look and confirm. At that point, we simply left. Making personal comments about a guest's clothing and involving other people was unnecessary and inappropriate. For the price paid, I expected professionalism and a welcoming atmosphere -- especially for a birthday celebration. The horses were wonderful, but the overall experience felt overly critical and oddly personal at times. For guests celebrating special occasions, a more professional and welcoming tone would have made a big difference.
