The pluming was clogged and making a mess in the courtyard, they never restocked the beer and said all the beer they had was from the prior event they had, and they never answer the phone or messages during the whole process of the hire, no security at any door no valet parking and they charged for that overall so bad.

I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to do all the planning. I heard nothing from her for 4 months!!!!! Finally, after 4 months of attempting contact, one day she finally texts me back. We meet at the venue and she is visibly pregnant. She proceeds to tell me she is due the week of my wedding and will not be my wedding coordinator moving forward. We are then introduced to Kelly, ..... Kelly is unable to pour a glass of wine, carry a glass of wine, or a conversation. My husband, parents, and I have to repeat everything we have told Danielle twice now. While the first impression is horrible, I have hope that AT LEAST Kelly might respond to texts. Moving forward Kelly is also difficult to communicate with, she is more responsive to texts. Unfortunately, it seems to be a different type of communication issue, every time I speak to her every time including my wedding day, I am repeating myself in every interaction. Every time I speak, I am lucky to get about 10% of the conversation remembered, understood, or acted upon. Everything is difficult with this venue, even paying! One would think they at least want their money. After 4 attempts at contact for the final payment Kelly finally responds, choses to meet the next day at 10 am. Upon arrival to this meeting, she says "who are you???" Now for my wedding day, after multiple attempts the schedule is not copy and pasted (I did it for her) onto my BEO. I print out my own schedule, list of vendors etc.... (a wedding coordinators job) since I have lost all faith. I was proven correct, both I and my family had to take over any "wedding coordinator" jobs. If I knew how this was going to go, I would have hired a wedding coordinator. Kelly brought her child to my child free wedding and multiple guests informed me an employee's child is running around the venue. We chose the build your own pasta bar for our small (55 person) wedding, terrible choice. It took an hour and a half to two hours to feed everyone and guest spent a lot of time in line. Even with releasing people by table. Our signature drinks were strawberry mojito and old fashions, I wish I would have done a tasting the mojito was the worst I have ever tasted. Rum, lime and water possibly FLAT club soda. Finally, the venue includes a photo booth. The photos were supposed to be sent to me via email within 48 hours of the wedding. I contacted both Danielle and Kelly 4-5 times to finally receive some of them 3 weeks later. Constantly brushing me off saying, "you should have gotten them." I obviously did not or why would I be asking??? I highly suggest choosing a different venue! Very disappointing experience.

It had everything we needed from the beautiful decor, a mimosa bar, a gorgeous dessert table, to a practical kitchenette, and even the cutest phone booth for audio recordings! Thank you so much for such a beautiful event! You were an essential part of my bridal shower, and our guests enjoyed themselves very much. My family and I are very happy and grateful for everything, we will most definitely be coming back to Zparty for our celebration needs.

The location on Corpus Christi Bay is beautiful, the views are spectacular, and every employee we encountered was friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay overall. Unfortunately, our suite did not reflect the level of quality I expected for the price we paid over the Fourth of July weekend. The room was clean, but it showed extensive signs of age and deferred maintenance. Throughout the suite we noticed chipped and scratched furniture, worn upholstery, torn lamp shades, cracked bathroom tile, frayed carpet, deteriorating caulk and trim, stained surfaces, mineral buildup on bathroom fixtures, and several areas that appeared to have been overlooked during routine maintenance and detailed cleaning. While none of these issues alone would have been a major concern, together they made the suite feel tired rather than luxurious. What disappointed me most was not one specific problem, but the overall impression. When you're paying premium rates, you expect a room that feels well cared for and meticulously maintained. Instead, it felt like many small issues had accumulated over time without being addressed. I sincerely hope management invests in updating and refreshing the guest rooms because this property has incredible potential. The waterfront location, views, and staff deserve accommodations that match the quality of the rest of the experience. I would absolutely consider staying here again because we enjoyed Corpus Christi and the people working at the hotel. My hope is simply that the guest rooms receive the attention they deserve.

They offer onside steakhouses restaurant and nice bar area. Among other facilities, there is access to pool with bar as well as jacuzzi and fitness room. Room: Our room was located on the 17th floor and had good views of Corpus Christi Bay and marina. The room was spacious, clean, and organised and included all necessities. Pricing; $$/$ - worth the service and the central location.

The woman that checked us in was so rude and acted like it was such an inconvenience to give us 2 keys. Then, OMG, we get to the room and it's the wrong room type. So we change rooms and again had to ask for 2 keys for 2 people. We get to the 2nd room and 1 key did not work, so we had to go back and that about killed her to have to give us another one. Every time we walked through the lobby the person working the front was sitting in the lounge on their phone. One guy was in the lobby on his phone arguing with his wife. The 1bartender we interacted with was very nice and helpful. Another bartender sat in a golf cart playing on her phone outside. There was a political event that was going on one evening in the lobby and we couldn't even get through the people to get to our room and we did not see anyone from the hotel trying to keep a walkway clear for guests. There is no ice machine on the 1st floor so you have to go upstairs or the bartender will give you some if someone is there. You can only enter through the front door. There are other doors you can exit, but you cannot use your key to enter. Parking sucks, especially because you cannot get into any of the other doors. The room never did get very cold and this is July so it's hot. There is a bench on top of the AC, so the air does not shoot up, it is blocked. They painted all the walls white since the last time I was here and the rooms are very baron and depressing. The bedding on the bed is too heavy, especially when the AC does not cool the room. The refrigerator is too small with no freezer section. The shower has no pressure. When someone above us flushed the toilet it sounded like the ceiling would cave in. Overall everything is old and dingy. It's time for an update We won't be back.

First time I would rate a hotel with this low score…read more To be honest, the room is fair, lobby is fair and other aspect is similar. The only issue is: you can not sleep here. On the other side of the street, there are bars, super noisy till 2AM, and the hotel's noise insulation is terrible, you can hear people whispering in the corridor, people walking upstairs like stomping by your head, mysterious clicking from no one knows where, of course the loud music from the bars. The front desk and the manager are indifferent. They don't care about the request to switch a room to the back and the complaints. The hotel is great except you cannot sleep in the night. Fool me once, but not a second time. I hope this review can help the others not being fooled a single time. Last thing to mention, it's quite surprising such a small bar can give so loud music, they must have some pretty good reviews.

There was some sort of event taking place at this particular park. As a result, we were only able to check out a few of the historical homes located here. Seemed like there was a lot to take in but were pleased with what we saw. The city did a great job procuring the various historical homes and placing them along the street corridor. The venue allowed family to do a very traditional old school, Mexican style wedding, with them cooking for all the guests and helping with serving. There were staffers there, who were mainly in charge of clean up and making sure the bride/groom had what they needed. I assume having the staff serve costs more, but seeing that traditional old school style wedding to me was great. Bathrooms were large and clean. Dance space was a tad on the smaller size, but nothing that could prevent a party. Decoration space is basically dependent on how you decorate your wedding. It can be a chic wedding, a traditional one, or something else entirely. Look if you're in Corpus and you're on a budget come here. The bride that had her wedding here was in the Houston area, so they do work with out of town brides too. It's a space for mid sized weddings, so if you need 300 plus, you may need to look elsewhere. With this economy, definitely give this place a shot. You need a wedding, not spend money on a down payment to a 400K house. Go tour it. You'll notice it's simple, but with a keen decorating eye you can make this space be yours, which is great for a girl on a budget.
