The representative I was assigned was completely unprofessional. He didn't let me know that it wasn't guaranteed I would get in and tried two ways to open the door. He only said that the third way would cause damage to the door. I am renting so obviously, this was not possible. After I paid a ridiculous amount of money for NOT getting into my apartment, I ended up making a trip to grab my spare key. Once I returned, I found the door was jammed and not even my spare key could open it. Clearly, the door was damaged by the locksmith and when I had a maintenance team help me, we found that the box strike plate was completely dented. In addition, a lot of paint was chipped off the door, and there's now a gap even when the door is fully closed. So, I paid an astronomical price for having my door damaged, which my building had to fix themselves, in addition to not having my problem resolved. The receipt states that I paid on the basis of being fully satisfied with the service which is evidently NOT the case. Avoid to salvage your bank account and your mental health.

The third time, only one person could do it, but he was working on another car, and the staff couldn't even provide an estimated wait time -- whether it would be 10 minutes or over an hour. Each visit also involved waiting more than 20 minutes just to speak with someone because the staff was tied up with other projects. I understand being short-staffed, but after three unsuccessful trips, it's becoming very frustrating.

We used a company that has been around since 1968 doing everything for a home from remodeling to building. Our roof was done by them about 7-8 years ago. During that time we had issues of leakage in the sunroom and living room, shingles came off from light wind and last night was the worst. All other neighbors didn't have that used another company. Based on this experience, I DO NOT recommend using Weather Tek in Dunellen, NJ. I hope they don't have any involvement in the new complex being built near the Dunellen train station.
