The first time, the person who cuts keys was out to lunch. The second time, nobody was available. The third time, only one person could do it, but he was working on another car, and the staff couldn't even provide an estimated wait time -- whether it would be 10 minutes or over an hour. Each visit also involved waiting more than 20 minutes just to speak with someone because the staff was tied up with other projects. I understand being short-staffed, but after three unsuccessful trips, it's becoming very frustrating.

The Toyota dealer employees bounced me from parts to service and acted as though they weren't very familiar with the process. Even though it was for a 2004 car and was not a key fob, it still has a chip that must be programmed. They said that it would cost $275.00 and that the wait would be over 45 minutes. I called Colline Bros. and they were able to make the key in less than 15 minutes. They charged $110.00. They also provided a key for the door to avoid being locked out of the car if the ignition key is lost (does not work in the ignition.)

The guy says he will give me a quote when he gets there, I wasn't trying to waste his time or mine. Finally the guy gets there and says $350. Then this guy kept trying to haggle with me 325, 300,250 I said I don't have that much I'll just wait till someone brings my keys and told him he could leave. Then he starts talking shit harassing and insulting me calling me cheap and saying save my money for my medicine. He wouldn't leave and starts harassing me to the point where I had to walk mad far down the block to get away from him. A half HR later the shop number calls my phone and said they will do it for the $100 I told them I had. I make it clear that's all i could afford to pay and if they couldn't do it I would just wait for someone to bring my spare keys. We agreed on $100 not a dollar more and a half HR later the worker comes back He still wouldn't do the job for the agreed 100$ he kept telling me I had to give him 150 or he wasn't doing it and I told him me and his boss agreed on $100 not a dollar more. At this point I was outside freezing for three hrs and this guy was playing games and trying to strong arm me. So he puts the air bag in the window the lines the long stick up with the lock button and then stops and says you have to pay up front so I give him the 100 and then he stops and starts taking the tools out with out unlocking the door and says I have to give him 50$ more so I had to give him literally every dollar I had on me for him to open my door and My car is so easy to get into because it's a t top car.he was in it in less then 60 seconds. I have everything on video including the worker talking shit and disrespecting me after I kindly told him to forget it and leave that all I could afford was the agreed upon 100$ and then wouldn't unlock the door till I gave him another 50. These people were very unprofessional and seemed like scam artist not giving a quote then getting there and saying $350 like they had to do something extreme or hard to get into my car. It literally took him less then one min and I don't mind paying for the service but I'd I don't have it I don't have it. He should have left instead of bullying and harassing me for more money to the point where I had to walk away from my own car.
